Can't ever afford it in my home What is a down fall I live in a home with two disabled people and they wanted 23000 dollars to do the job and they don't accept Medicare Medicare or other information knowing and seeing we are on a tight budget. Like the perks suck as the lottery draw.

This company took my mother for $1000 for a service that she did not need and did not get. When I called to intervene, there was a sales rep by the name of Mike who was very very rude and defensive. This company does not want to return my mom’s deposit that they coerced her into giving .Please be aware they are scammers. Please, let’s all take a stand and protect our elderly loved one from this company.

The staff from the workers to the… The staff from the workers to the management were wonderful the workers came on time at 8:00 a.m. very friendly very personable did what you asked made room for you to go from the kitchen to the bedrooms while they worked on the bathroom it was very comfortable having them here and Moses the installer and Oscar are very very very personable and wonderful people and I would have him do any work in my house that I could have done

Optimum Service…Expectations Exceeded Mike and Doc were consummate professionals as they worked to complete the installation of my Safe StepTub. Job was completed within time frame. I am so excited about this tub and have had some of the soundest sleep in years! Everything promised has happened. Electricians DiWaldo and Garrett were also excellent.
