Today was the best experience of my… Today was the best experience of my life related to eyewear. It happened at eurooptica, 280 Columbus Avenue, NYC. Odila Roman, the eyewear stylist who helped me, was incredibly capable and personable. She seemed to go out of her way to make sure my needs were met--and quickly, too. She's raised the bar for service, and I'm very grateful.

Excellent Customer Service I bought a pair of red glasses and when I got home and looked in the mirror I just knew I made a serious mistake. Upset with myself, I returned to EuroOptica. The staff was supportive & understanding -- they really wanted me to be happy! Odila Roman searched high and low to find another pair of glasses suited to my narrow face. We found a pair that looked pretty good when suddenly she had an idea -- to try my original red frames in a lighter color. It was the perfect solution!! Not only do I love my new glasses, but I was able to reuse the lenses. EuroOptica has a great collection of frames and excellent customer service. Odila Roman is a talented stylist - and an awesome problem solver.

I must also commend Konstantin for his exceptional assistance and dedication in selecting frames. Despite my unique preferences and smaller face shape, he exhibited extraordinary patience and expertise in finding not just one, but two perfect adult frames for me. I love this shop! I had so much fun choosing from a wide selection of interesting and beautiful frames. Odila was incredibly helpful in working with me to find just the right fit and color. Given that so many shops have frames that are boring and run of the mill, this place is a treasure. The quality of the finished glasses was excellent as well. Can't recommend this shop highly enough.
