Makes the extra effort for their customers!! My dog chewed up my frames on my prescription glasses and I checked everywhere to located replacement frames. Numerous places, including my optometrist, said they were unavailable as they were discontinued. Frankly, I think no one made much of an effort . . . except for Ellen are EuroOptica. She located the last few pairs still at the German manufacturer. I was in disbelief they found them - until they arrived yesterday and I installed my lenses. Soooo happy!!!

Superb experience with Ellen and Creig… I walked in to buy new reading glasses and didn’t see any that were quite right for me, so Ellen and Creig started playing with shapes and colors and made me custom glasses that I absolutely love. Thank you for the superb experience and wonderful glasses!

This seems more like a day spa visit… This seems more like a day spa visit than a trip to the opticians. Upon entering, you are greeted with a choice of amazing teas and coffees - all sorts - and designer chocolates and/or water. We first went there around New Year's, and they were serving prosecco! I needed new frames and a new prescription. The exam was done downstairs, state-of-the-art equipment. And so much care and time were take by everyone there to make my experience - from figuring out the bifocal choice to suit me, to looking at new frames (I ultimately kept my old frames.) Special shout out to Craig, the most amazing optician ever.

I must also commend Konstantin for his exceptional assistance and dedication in selecting frames. Despite my unique preferences and smaller face shape, he exhibited extraordinary patience and expertise in finding not just one, but two perfect adult frames for me. His keen eye for design and understanding of individual needs truly stood out. One of the most striking aspects of this establishment was the seamless synergy among the staff. Their genuine happiness and continuous smiles created a welcoming atmosphere that is rare to encounter elsewhere. Additionally, the advanced technology, such as the lens fitting machine, demonstrated their commitment to providing top-notch service. My Dog Ate My Glasses Had to replace them and couldn’t find my favorite frames anywhere. EuroOptica had them. Ordered and received them fairly quickly. Nice packaging and reasonable price. I would order from this company again.
