Excellent Customer Service I bought a pair of red glasses and when I got home and looked in the mirror I just knew I made a serious mistake. Upset with myself, I returned to EuroOptica. The staff was supportive & understanding -- they really wanted me to be happy! Odila Roman searched high and low to find another pair of glasses suited to my narrow face. We found a pair that looked pretty good when suddenly she had an idea -- to try my original red frames in a lighter color. It was the perfect solution!! Not only do I love my new glasses, but I was able to reuse the lenses. EuroOptica has a great collection of frames and excellent customer service. Odila Roman is a talented stylist - and an awesome problem solver.

Amazing store! Amazing store!! I haven’t had such a thorough eye exam ever. Dr Phen was super patient and and answered all my questions. After exam I was helped by Ellen who was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me find a perfect frame, explained the differences between various lens options and happened to have my lenses in the store. The guy downstairs was able to make my glasses within an hour. So happy I found them! Highly recommend.

Superb experience with Ellen and Creig… I walked in to buy new reading glasses and didn’t see any that were quite right for me, so Ellen and Creig started playing with shapes and colors and made me custom glasses that I absolutely love. Thank you for the superb experience and wonderful glasses!

I have never experienced such luxurious and caring set of people at an eye centre ! Highly highly recommend this team to anyone seeking eye glasses or eye check up !
