GBGood customer service experience: The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.

GBGood glasses, insulting service Good progressive lenses providing good vision. Decent turnaround time. I took risk of having frame damaged in the lens replacement process and paid the price. Then, I was essentially called a liar by the rep on the phone when I inquired if anything could be done about the chipped paint on the frame.

GBNot shipped to Mexico Not shipped to Mexico. I'm sure these glasses are just as great as they have always been. However, I now live in Mexico and was not able to get them shipped here. I sent them to a relative in the US. Hopefully I will be able to retrieve them once I or someone travels back to the states.

GBI rolled the dice and came up aces After searching for deals online, I called the shop direct and spoke to the owner who was very helpful in determining if the frames I have could get new lenses. Good news, they could. After mailing them via USPS the now upgraded glasses were delivered in an approximate 2.5 week turnaround. I am pleased with the work and love having replacement lenses in my old Arnette frames.
