GBGood glasses, insulting service Good progressive lenses providing good vision. Decent turnaround time. I took risk of having frame damaged in the lens replacement process and paid the price. Then, I was essentially called a liar by the rep on the phone when I inquired if anything could be done about the chipped paint on the frame.

GBNot shipped to Mexico Not shipped to Mexico. I'm sure these glasses are just as great as they have always been. However, I now live in Mexico and was not able to get them shipped here. I sent them to a relative in the US. Hopefully I will be able to retrieve them once I or someone travels back to the states.

GBI've been a customer here for over 15… I've been a customer here for over 15 years.. My experiences with Randy and his team have been nothing less than excellent. You can't get better service or better prices anywhere than at eyeglass direct definitely check them out!
