I keep returning to this website for their consistent high quality, accuracy in filling my prescriptions, speedy service and also keeping their prices affordable throughout the entire 16 years and even during these times of high inflation. They have kept all the frames and lenses and options that I really like and repeatedly buy available throughout the entire 16 years. I had a great experience in both purchasing new frames and lenses as well as sending in my own frames for lens replacement. Whenever I have contacted customer service with a question, I recieved a timely and satisfactory response. Good glasses, insulting service Good progressive lenses providing good vision. Decent turnaround time. I took risk of having frame damaged in the lens replacement process and paid the price. Then, I was essentially called a liar by the rep on the phone when I inquired if anything could be done about the chipped paint on the frame.
