GBGood customer service experience: The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.

GBAwesome Customer Service! Awesome Customer Service! I have purchased numerous designer glass frames and always sent to eyeglassdirect.com and they have been great every time adding prescription lenses. Any questions are always answered quickly (after last email I received a call within hours). Could not recommend more highly, spoken to Randy (owner?) who has been very helpful and friendly.

GBExperience I'm an ex optician, I've been getting my glasses from eyeglass direct for over 10 years I have yet to get a bad pair. Prescriptions are always right on and frames are good quality. Very easy to pick a frame and order, I plan on being a customer for a long time. BillW
