GBGood customer service experience: The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.

GBSatisfied with your service and product. I am completely satisfied with the glasses that I purchased from Eyeglassdirect.com. The website was easy to use and the tools provided were very helpful. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses, and I am very satisfied with the fit and accuracy of the prescription and tint. The price that I paid was at least 50% lower than had I bought them at any retail store. The savings alone is a good reason to buy my glasses from Eyeglassdirect. I would recommend this company to anyone who would be interested in buying a pair of glasses or sunglasses. The only thing I was not completely happy with was the time it took to complete my order. I do realize that doing things the right way takes time, and I was advised that it might be several weeks to get my glasses. I myself will use them in the future for all my optical needs.

I keep returning to this website for their consistent high quality, accuracy in filling my prescriptions, speedy service and also keeping their prices affordable throughout the entire 16 years and even during these times of high inflation. They have kept all the frames and lenses and options that I really like and repeatedly buy available throughout the entire 16 years. I had a great experience in both purchasing new frames and lenses as well as sending in my own frames for lens replacement. Whenever I have contacted customer service with a question, I recieved a timely and satisfactory response. They even implemented a suggestion I provided that has led to improved customer experience for me. For all these reasons they have got me as a customer for life!

GBI rolled the dice and came up aces After searching for deals online, I called the shop direct and spoke to the owner who was very helpful in determining if the frames I have could get new lenses. Good news, they could. After mailing them via USPS the now upgraded glasses were delivered in an approximate 2.5 week turnaround. I am pleased with the work and love having replacement lenses in my old Arnette frames.
