Then, I was essentially called a liar by the rep on the phone when I inquired if anything could be done about the chipped paint on the frame.

Great personal attention. They took the time to call me and discuss my order. It was not a sales pitch to sell me on more expensive options, It was just to make sure I understood exactly how they were going to prepare my order. The turn around time was longer than a company I had used previously but the quality of work and personal attention great. I will use them again.

Good customer service experience: The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.
