GBGood glasses, insulting service Good progressive lenses providing good vision. Decent turnaround time. I took risk of having frame damaged in the lens replacement process and paid the price. Then, I was essentially called a liar by the rep on the phone when I inquired if anything could be done about the chipped paint on the frame.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses, and I am very satisfied with the fit and accuracy of the prescription and tint. The price that I paid was at least 50% lower than had I bought them at any retail store. The savings alone is a good reason to buy my glasses from Eyeglassdirect. I would recommend this company to anyone who would be interested in buying a pair of glasses or sunglasses. The only thing I was not completely happy with was the time it took to complete my order. GBI rolled the dice and came up aces After searching for deals online, I called the shop direct and spoke to the owner who was very helpful in determining if the frames I have could get new lenses. Good news, they could. After mailing them via USPS the now upgraded glasses were delivered in an approximate 2.5 week turnaround. I am pleased with the work and love having replacement lenses in my old Arnette frames.
