GBGood customer service experience: The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.

GBThey fit perfectly. I have a very strong prescription, so if the lenses are even slightly off, they feel very wrong. The glasses I have gotten from Eyeglassdirect have been spot on.

I have purchased numerous designer glass frames and always sent to eyeglassdirect.com and they have been great every time adding prescription lenses. Any questions are always answered quickly (after last email I received a call within hours). Could not recommend more highly, spoken to Randy (owner?) who has been very helpful and friendly.

GBNot shipped to Mexico Not shipped to Mexico. I'm sure these glasses are just as great as they have always been. However, I now live in Mexico and was not able to get them shipped here. I sent them to a relative in the US. Hopefully I will be able to retrieve them once I or someone travels back to the states.
