Satisfied with your service and product. I am completely satisfied with the glasses that I purchased from Eyeglassdirect.com. The website was easy to use and the tools provided were very helpful. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses, and I am very satisfied with the fit and accuracy of the prescription and tint. The price that I paid was at least 50% lower than had I bought them at any retail store. The savings alone is a good reason to buy my glasses from Eyeglassdirect. I would recommend this company to anyone who would be interested in buying a pair of glasses or sunglasses. The only thing I was not completely happy with was the time it took to complete my order. I do realize that doing things the right way takes time, and I was advised that it might be several weeks to get my glasses. I myself will use them in the future for all my optical needs.

Good glasses, insulting service Good progressive lenses providing good vision. Decent turnaround time. I took risk of having frame damaged in the lens replacement process and paid the price. Then, I was essentially called a liar by the rep on the phone when I inquired if anything could be done about the chipped paint on the frame.

Good customer service experience: The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.

Awesome Customer Service! Awesome Customer Service! I have purchased numerous designer glass frames and always sent to eyeglassdirect.com and they have been great every time adding prescription lenses. Any questions are always answered quickly (after last email I received a call within hours). Could not recommend more highly, spoken to Randy (owner?) who has been very helpful and friendly.
