GBI rolled the dice and came up aces After searching for deals online, I called the shop direct and spoke to the owner who was very helpful in determining if the frames I have could get new lenses. Good news, they could. After mailing them via USPS the now upgraded glasses were delivered in an approximate 2.5 week turnaround. I am pleased with the work and love having replacement lenses in my old Arnette frames.

GBNot shipped to Mexico Not shipped to Mexico. I'm sure these glasses are just as great as they have always been. However, I now live in Mexico and was not able to get them shipped here. I sent them to a relative in the US. Hopefully I will be able to retrieve them once I or someone travels back to the states.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses, and I am very satisfied with the fit and accuracy of the prescription and tint. The price that I paid was at least 50% lower than had I bought them at any retail store. The savings alone is a good reason to buy my glasses from Eyeglassdirect. I would recommend this company to anyone who would be interested in buying a pair of glasses or sunglasses. The only thing I was not completely happy with was the time it took to complete my order. I do realize that doing things the right way takes time, and I was advised that it might be several weeks to get my glasses. I myself will use them in the future for all my optical needs.

GBGood customer service experience: The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.
