I keep returning to this website for their consistent high quality, accuracy in filling my prescriptions, speedy service and also keeping their prices affordable throughout the entire 16 years and even during these times of high inflation. They have kept all the frames and lenses and options that I really like and repeatedly buy available throughout the entire 16 years. I had a great experience in both purchasing new frames and lenses as well as sending in my own frames for lens replacement. Whenever I have contacted customer service with a question, I recieved a timely and satisfactory response. GBNot shipped to Mexico Not shipped to Mexico. I'm sure these glasses are just as great as they have always been. However, I now live in Mexico and was not able to get them shipped here. I sent them to a relative in the US. Hopefully I will be able to retrieve them once I or someone travels back to the states.

GBGood customer service experience: The post office lost my frames and delivered a broken box to Eyeglasses Direct. I got a phone call from the owner to go over my options. He emailed me the form and photos of the damaged package and explained the process to submit a claim and get a refund from USPS. Once that was handled I sent in a replacement set of frames and it was all good after that.
