Experience I'm an ex optician, I've been getting my glasses from eyeglass direct for over 10 years I have yet to get a bad pair. Prescriptions are always right on and frames are good quality. Very easy to pick a frame and order, I plan on being a customer for a long time. BillW

Good glasses, insulting service Good progressive lenses providing good vision. Decent turnaround time. I took risk of having frame damaged in the lens replacement process and paid the price. Then, I was essentially called a liar by the rep on the phone when I inquired if anything could be done about the chipped paint on the frame.

Not shipped to Mexico Not shipped to Mexico. I'm sure these glasses are just as great as they have always been. However, I now live in Mexico and was not able to get them shipped here. I sent them to a relative in the US. Hopefully I will be able to retrieve them once I or someone travels back to the states.
