I sent them to a relative in the US. Hopefully I will be able to retrieve them once I or someone travels back to the states.

Good glasses, insulting service Good progressive lenses providing good vision. Decent turnaround time. I took risk of having frame damaged in the lens replacement process and paid the price. Then, I was essentially called a liar by the rep on the phone when I inquired if anything could be done about the chipped paint on the frame.
