A Nice First Step I liked being able to use the Live Try On feature but didn't appreciate that it's not available for all glasses. It limited my shopping experience. The "Try Online" option is not very accurate because it makes the glasses so much smaller on my face than what they should. Great features, but they need to be improved.

No realtime tracking, no estimated delivery date. Terrible marketing, even if the product turns out to be as advertised, they create customer annoyance by using these people, probably because they're cheap. Why not give customers a choice of using FedEx or UPS. Many people would pay the price, especially as in my case I ordered prescription glasses.
