The chat did not help me that much The chat did not help me that much. Would have been 5 Star if I could have gotten more clarification on the prescripition. So I scanned it in for you to review. Hopefully the prescription will be right since I could not get an answer or someone will call to clarify.

i do love the glasses but.. the price is always confusing and when glasses are on sale it doesn't seem to change much from the original price and I've had coupons emailed and txt to me that have never worked. I do always love the glasses themselves, just don't always enjoy the buying process.

A Nice First Step I liked being able to use the Live Try On feature but didn't appreciate that it's not available for all glasses. It limited my shopping experience. The "Try Online" option is not very accurate because it makes the glasses so much smaller on my face than what they should. Great features, but they need to be improved.
