You are bait & switch on your discount… You are bait & switch on your discount codes. Leading & false heading. Same with you prices saying free lens & then lens not free. Be reputable, people would go to your site & purchase more without all of the fine print that draws people in.

Haven't received my glasses yet, but Haven't received my glasses yet. Ordered on April 14. They ship with the worst shipper I've encountered, OSM Worldwide. No realtime tracking, no estimated delivery date. Terrible marketing, even if the product turns out to be as advertised, they create customer annoyance by using these people, probably because they're cheap. Why not give customers a choice of using FedEx or UPS. Many people would pay the price, especially as in my case I ordered prescription glasses.

i do love the glasses but.. the price is always confusing and when glasses are on sale it doesn't seem to change much from the original price and I've had coupons emailed and txt to me that have never worked. I do always love the glasses themselves, just don't always enjoy the buying process.
