A Nice First Step I liked being able to use the Live Try On feature but didn't appreciate that it's not available for all glasses. It limited my shopping experience. The "Try Online" option is not very accurate because it makes the glasses so much smaller on my face than what they should. Great features, but they need to be improved.

You are bait & switch on your discount… You are bait & switch on your discount codes. Leading & false heading. Same with you prices saying free lens & then lens not free. Be reputable, people would go to your site & purchase more without all of the fine print that draws people in.

A pleasant shopping experience! The virtual experience to see the glasses on me was a very nice feature and what led to me purchasing online for the first time. The process to upload my prescription was easy and convenient, plus affordable expedited shipping. A pleasant shopping experience all of the way around. I look forward to my new glasses!
