When I had difficulty with the receiving facility where I had them sent (not any fault of cool frames), their customer service went above and beyond to help me out and everything was a success. Excellent job!! Good communicators, kept me informed of their progress ordering special frame that I wanted. Quickly shipped and provided me with good tracking info. New glasses were exactly the way I wanted them! Excellent work!!

Too many issues I’m used Cool Frames in the past and been satisfied however, something has changed. I ordered a pair of glasses and after two weeks, I went onto my account to check the status. The order stated it was on hold awaiting customer approval? I never received any type of correspondence that the order was on hold, pending my approval. No telling how long the order would have remained in queue if I hadn’t proactively checked on it. I called customer service and was told the size I ordered wasn’t available. Why didn’t someone let me know? In any case, I selected a different size and was assured it would be rush processed and shipped. Neither has happened. So now, after several more weeks, I had to contact them again. I was promised the glasses would be shipped either last Friday or today. You guessed it, neither has happened. I recommend using a different company, I certainly won’t be purchasing anything else from Cool Frames. Too many problems

Easy, breezy! I submitted a request for pricing with insurance coverage and received a quick, friendly reply. The lens options I was looking for were offered and placing the order was easy. I’m thrilled with the glasses and help I received from Genesis!
