GBI'm not saying they're the best I'm not saying they're the best. But - I did spend a chunk on some interesting frames. Specifically, a pair of Goliath ii's. It took over 3 1/2 weeks to come in. I sent a message about ten days in as to the status, always got quick replies. I just wouldn't expect fast service. Also, while I do like my glasses, there are others that will complete the service faster, if you do a little digging on youtube. Overall, I got what I wanted, they responded when I asked questions, it took a little longer, but I got what I asked for.

GBOrder frames disaster Order frames , they said that they were delivered, I waited a few days to see if a neighbor got them in error NOPE still nothing, USPS carrriers will sometimes mark packages delivered before hand not sure why but I'm out the $202.50 they have intentionally made it so that the insurance would be delayed by having me submit when they are the ones who are REQUIRED to submit.. coolframes give me my money back so I can actually get my glasses from a reputable place

GBToo many issues I’m used Cool Frames in the past and been satisfied however, something has changed. I ordered a pair of glasses and after two weeks, I went onto my account to check the status. The order stated it was on hold awaiting customer approval? I never received any type of correspondence that the order was on hold, pending my approval. No telling how long the order would have remained in queue if I hadn’t proactively checked on it. I called customer service and was told the size I ordered wasn’t available. Why didn’t someone let me know? In any case, I selected a different size and was assured it would be rush processed and shipped. Neither has happened. So now, after several more weeks, I had to contact them again. I was promised the glasses would be shipped either last Friday or today. You guessed it, neither has happened. I recommend using a different company, I certainly won’t be purchasing anything else from Cool Frames. Too many problems
