GBReceived clear lenses; ordered Transitions I ordered a pair of Silhouettes to replace a pair that got broken. They were a spare pair, so I didn’t open them until a year later. Nonetheless, that’s only part of the story. I emailed and said I knew it was over a year, but I thought they should know that I ordered Transitions lenses, a $299 upgrade, and received clear, no tinting. Someone responded right away, asked for pics. I sent pics as proof, and got an email that said it was too late for them to do anything. Then why ask for pics?? Go elsewhere. Next time, I will.

GBOrdering was an easy process Ordering was an easy process, I was notified when the glasses were shipped and delivered. Fast and efficient business transaction. When I had difficulty with the receiving facility where I had them sent (not any fault of cool frames), their customer service went above and beyond to help me out and everything was a success. GBThe only reason I’m not giving 5 stars… The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the time it takes to get the glasses. Took about 3 weeks - maybe a few days over - however, I paid $150 less than competitors. I would highly recommend them and will use again. My advice would be to call customer service if you are purchasing a popular frame to ensure it’s in stock. I didn’t have this issue, but it seems to be the most common complaint.

GBCustomer service was awful and not… Customer service was awful and not helpful. There was no one who could tell me what was wrong with my order. Inplied that I should check with my bank. Cool Frames didn’t have trouble having charges go thru 3 times!! Not a problem with bank.

GBEasy, breezy! I submitted a request for pricing with insurance coverage and received a quick, friendly reply. The lens options I was looking for were offered and placing the order was easy. I’m thrilled with the glasses and help I received from Genesis!
