Overall good experience, but I wish more frames images were available. Indicating exactly what's on the parcel hurts when shipping to EU where customs will add VAT + import tax, but it's more due to EU regulations. But a warning would be nice.

Shipping is a bit long but great sunglasses I was scared at first when I read the previous comments but It was the only website doing international shipping for a pair that is not available in France so I decided to try anyway. Shipping was a bit long (ordered March 29th, received April 22nd) but the glasses are dope. Would buy again.

Designer glasses at an excellent price! Found a fantastic pair of Prada glasses for an amazing price. Communication was good. I had emails regarding my order and it's status and when it was shipped. Delivery time was great. Ordered May 31 and delivered June 14. Excellent for an international order. I did try on the glasses and they do seem to be slightly off center. I'm sure it's nothing the optical can't fix when I get my lenses in.

Warranty Repair I recently purchased frames from Cool Frames and had them filled at Costco. Then one of the rhinestones fell out of the frame. The company asked me to send the frames back and they would replace them which they did. I am very happy with the level of customer service and would definitely recommend buying from Cool Frames in the future.
