FRShipping to EU hurts a bit. Shipping to EU hurts a bit. Website UX is a bit confusing, for instance no possibility to add a product to the wishlist. Overall good experience, but I wish more frames images were available. Indicating exactly what's on the parcel hurts when shipping to EU where customs will add VAT + import tax, but it's more due to EU regulations. But a warning would be nice.

GBMy experience was great at first I was… My experience was great at first I was nervous about buying prescption sunglasses over line but customer service helped me so much and made me feel comftable ! My glasses came with in a week and they were perfect !!! I have recieved so many compliments I ordered another pair !!!

FRShipping is a bit long but great sunglasses I was scared at first when I read the previous comments but It was the only website doing international shipping for a pair that is not available in France so I decided to try anyway. Shipping was a bit long (ordered March 29th, received April 22nd) but the glasses are dope. Would buy again.

GBToo many issues I’m used Cool Frames in the past and been satisfied however, something has changed. I ordered a pair of glasses and after two weeks, I went onto my account to check the status. The order stated it was on hold awaiting customer approval? I never received any type of correspondence that the order was on hold, pending my approval. No telling how long the order would have remained in queue if I hadn’t proactively checked on it. I called customer service and was told the size I ordered wasn’t available. Why didn’t someone let me know? In any case, I selected a different size and was assured it would be rush processed and shipped. Neither has happened. So now, after several more weeks, I had to contact them again. I was promised the glasses would be shipped either last Friday or today. You guessed it, neither has happened. I recommend using a different company, I certainly won’t be purchasing anything else from Cool Frames. Too many problems
