After over 5 weeks processing my order… After over 5 weeks processing my order due to the fact that the manufacturer did not have my frames at the time, I finally received my Polaroid prescription sunglasses. It took a couple of days to get used to the progressive prescription in wraparound large lenses, however, I love them. Cool Frames nailed my prescription. My only complaint would be a lack of communicating to me about the delay and in providing tracking numbers.

I'm not saying they're the best I'm not saying they're the best. But - I did spend a chunk on some interesting frames. Specifically, a pair of Goliath ii's. It took over 3 1/2 weeks to come in. I sent a message about ten days in as to the status, always got quick replies. I just wouldn't expect fast service. Also, while I do like my glasses, there are others that will complete the service faster, if you do a little digging on youtube. Overall, I got what I wanted, they responded when I asked questions, it took a little longer, but I got what I asked for.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars… The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the time it takes to get the glasses. Took about 3 weeks - maybe a few days over - however, I paid $150 less than competitors. I would highly recommend them and will use again. My advice would be to call customer service if you are purchasing a popular frame to ensure it’s in stock. I didn’t have this issue, but it seems to be the most common complaint.

Received clear lenses; ordered Transitions I ordered a pair of Silhouettes to replace a pair that got broken. They were a spare pair, so I didn’t open them until a year later. Nonetheless, that’s only part of the story. I emailed and said I knew it was over a year, but I thought they should know that I ordered Transitions lenses, a $299 upgrade, and received clear, no tinting. Someone responded right away, asked for pics. I sent pics as proof, and got an email that said it was too late for them to do anything. Then why ask for pics?? Go elsewhere. Next time, I will.
