USPurchased the Sigma Plus B for my dad… Purchased the Sigma Plus B for my dad in July 2023. They failed and Nano sent a replacement in September 2023. That pair failed and was replaced in December 2023. Those failed and were replaced in March 2024. When that pair failed, Nano offered a different type, model # RX2000-DC-B. Received them on April 6th. Those lasted about 1 week. I’ve since contacted Nano and asked for a refund to which they said no, the 45 day refund period has passed. They want to sent out yet another pair. It’s been 10 months since this saga began and I’m tired of receiving product that does not work/last, of going to the post office to return, of calling Nano and so on. Their quality control is poor. I think it would have been better purchasing from an EN&T doctor.

USNANO is the complete package I received a complete - easy to understand hearing aid kit - instruction manual is well done and easy to reference. I had no problems.

USI received the wrong domes I received the wrong domes. I explained to the agent that I still have CIC2 aids but I wanted to purchase replacement domes for the CIC4 aids. I had several chats with the agent to ensure that I was purchasing the CIC4 domes, as was assured they were the correct ones. I had both CIC2 and CIC4 aids, and preferred the domes on the CIC4 units. So I wanted to purchase CIC4 replacement domes for my CIC2 aids since the domes fit my ears better. The agent tried to be helpful and was very personable.
