USI ordered my hearing aids online so I… I ordered my hearing aids online so I did not interact with any customer service rep. I have heard from someone twice telling me my order is delayed by 5-10 business days. So that makes up to 20 day delay. When the ad says 3 to 4 business days for shipment.

USMy experience with NANO has always been…VERY GREAT !! My experience with NANO has always been very helpful and they have always taken great care of my problems( hearing loss and ordering hearing aids that work perfectly for me ) if I had to pick any one thing not so good but not bad is trying to understand some of the language of some of the People taking orders but they understand and try their best. That’s all we can ask for. I really like my hearing aids and would have a hard time going without them.
