Ordering online was great The online experience is pretty great if you know what type and style of glasses you already want. There is a filter option to choose. If you don’t know what type and style you want, I would recommend going in to the store to try on frames. The online experience was super easy and I loved that you could link your insurance and see how much you would pay. Shipping was fast compared to my regular eye doctor. I picked up in store and it was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Target Optical.

Love the glasses I chose Love the glasses I chose, the only down fall was that the ear pieces needed to be tightened (the screws) luckily I had an appointment near the closest Target to me (which is 2 hrs away). Other than that I’m in love with them!

Glasses Damaged Twice now have taken my glasses in for an adjustment and both times required replacement lenses due to the lenses developing crazing immediately after being adjusted. Both times, as soon as I am handed the glasses, I realized I could no longer see out of the lenses. Each time, I was without my glasses for 1-2 weeks which is a major hassle. On the plus side, the staff is always very personable and attentive but due to these issues I hesitate to trust them with my eyewear and will likely not return.
