Order to store Order to store, no help from optical had to go customer service for help. Optical didn't offer to adjust the glass. 1st and last time ordering.

Coach Eye Glasses We liked the collections and it was quick in terms of the delivery. We had to return the eye glasses and that process was also easy and smooth. However, it has been more than 3 weeks the insurance has not been reinstated yet. When called one person is saying it was instated and believing that we went to order in person but came to know that it wasn't. It was a complete waste of time and there was a follow up call with an executive that said we have to wait for 2 weeks to have this sorted out but we are still waiting. There was a discount given to us but it is for an online order and we are not confident ordering online anymore so it will not be used anyway.

Great experience Great experience! I had a prescription from my eye doctor and was looking for a local store that was open after 5PM. Sales Associate Jessica Berleen was friendly and very helpful. She reviewed my insurance and placed orders for my frames + lenses. The process was very simple and quick. I will visit again!

Worst experience My husband had an appointment and Target made a claim for an order we never received or requested. Now they are unable to help us. My husband can not see without his contacts and we can not afford to buy these without insurance. Our experience has been the worst. So frustrated.
