GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. They don’t acknowledge customer’s when they come in store even when I was the only customer. Ran my insurance informations without a purchase. This prevented me from getting eye glasses from another store. When I ask them about this they said it was self explanatory, I should’ve known. Bad practices assume customers know their policies.

GBGreat experience Great experience! I had a prescription from my eye doctor and was looking for a local store that was open after 5PM. Sales Associate Jessica Berleen was friendly and very helpful. She reviewed my insurance and placed orders for my frames + lenses. The process was very simple and quick. I will visit again!

GBCoach Eye Glasses We liked the collections and it was quick in terms of the delivery. We had to return the eye glasses and that process was also easy and smooth. However, it has been more than 3 weeks the insurance has not been reinstated yet. When called one person is saying it was instated and believing that we went to order in person but came to know that it wasn't. It was a complete waste of time and there was a follow up call with an executive that said we have to wait for 2 weeks to have this sorted out but we are still waiting. There was a discount given to us but it is for an online order and we are not confident ordering online anymore so it will not be used anyway.

GBI ordered a pair of prescription GREAT JOB TARGET OPTICAL ONLINE!!Ray… I ordered a pair of prescription Ray Ban sunglasses online. They did a fantastic job. I’m absolutely satisfied and highly recommend them.
