She reviewed my insurance and placed orders for my frames + lenses. The process was very simple and quick. I will visit again!

Highly recommend! Target Optical had a great selection and great prices, virtual mirror to try on, and quick delivery. It couldn’t be easier! I love how I see and how I look with my new glasses and sunglasses!

Love the glasses I chose Love the glasses I chose, the only down fall was that the ear pieces needed to be tightened (the screws) luckily I had an appointment near the closest Target to me (which is 2 hrs away). Other than that I’m in love with them!

Horrible customer service I ordered my glasses in February of 2024 I never got a call saying they were ready to be picked up . so after less than two weeks I called and yes they were ready so I picked them up . Well after I had them less than a week I noticed two stitches on them and the coating looked lime it was peeling off. So I brought my glasses back and asked if they could do over yes I was told so I agreed . That was almost three weeks ago come monday I called a few times kept getting they are not back yet . This pasted Friday I called again a woman told me they received them back and the problem had not be fixed that was April 9 . I asked why didn't I ever get a call back to let me know what's going on I am very very disappointed in the customer service I plan on calling again and want to speak to the manager horrible communication😡
