GBPrices were misleading Prices were misleading. Summary of total was different than actual cost AFTER credit card information was confirmed. Took 40 minutes on chat, over 3 hours waiting for call back. Apparently there is a 39.99 handling fee for each box of contacts. When asked why this wasn't on summary of order I was told it would take further investigation. After holding for over 40 minutes for an agent I was done. Canceled my order. No Cost savings and a big hassle. Would not use this company.

GBMy favorite Contact Lenses provider!;) Love ordering my contacts from Lens.com! The opportunity of an eye exam through their website is just an awesome idea! Also the rebate card you’re getting after purchasing a certain amount of lenses from them…! Love it! I’m a returning consumer for so many years. Thanks much!!!

GBTrue cost of products? The true costs of products before a rebate needs to be shown before a customer places an order for lenses that have a rebate. Also, need to state in your eye prescription information, how old can a prescription be in order to order new lenses.

GBI realize I only purchased 1 box of 6… I realize I only purchased 1 box of 6 contacts but I believe I was taken advantage of regarding price for my order($86. I was in a bind to get my contacts so I paid the requested price. I will have time to shop next time I need contacts.

GBOutrageous "service" fee charge Website is easy to use however, prices can be deceiving. When ready to pay I was charged almost $24.00 listed as a service fee! Contact lenses box price is $57.00 PLUS almost 50% "service" fee PLUS shipping. Outrageous!! I can understand a small service fee but 50%!!!! AND, this is not disclosed until payment.
