GBI placed the order on the 14th of April… I placed the order on the 14th of April it says 5 to 7 business days today is the 30th of April more that the 7 business days and still I do not have them. I have been use this company for years always on time and good service but today was not the case I am sorry as I do need them ASAP.

GBPrices were misleading Prices were misleading. Summary of total was different than actual cost AFTER credit card information was confirmed. Took 40 minutes on chat, over 3 hours waiting for call back. Apparently there is a 39.99 handling fee for each box of contacts. When asked why this wasn't on summary of order I was told it would take further investigation. After holding for over 40 minutes for an agent I was done. Canceled my order. No Cost savings and a big hassle. Would not use this company.

GBLove Lens.com easy to upload my new contact prescription and was approved right away and lenses mailed in a timely manner. I do wish that they were less expensive, since i'm on a limited income and can only buy one box at a time. How about offering a Senior Citizen Discount for us 75 y years and older.
