ZipHearing was a wonderful internet… ZipHearing was a wonderful internet find! My husband and I both needed hearing aids, and the quote from our ENT's audiologist was way too high. We were thinking of over the counter aids, but not sure they would be sufficient. Then I happened on Zip and everything changed. Grant Davidson was wonderfully informative and helpful, and not at all pushy. He really knew his stuff! He helped guide me to what I think are the perfect top notch hearing aids, and to a wonderful audiologist. It turns out that many of our friends had used this audiologist and loved him. The other internet providers that I spoke to just mailed the devices and would send someone to fit them and that was it. We now have a year-long relationship with an excellent audiologist. And most of all, the price was amazing!! About a third of what we had originally expected, and no pressure to buy the top of the line aids, although we did buy the same brand as originally recommended. We have already recommended Grant to several other people, and will continue to do so!

Not only was Jeff at Zip Hearing very… Not only was Jeff at Zip Hearing very helpful he sent me to an authorized Audiologist in Bonita Springs, just north of Naples where I live that was wonderful to work with. Their prices were way below those of my ENT and I am now hearing sounds that I forgot existed. I highly recommend them if you're thinking about getting hearing aids. Could not be happier with the entire experience and the money I saved.

I'm 68 and this my first experience… I'm 68 and this my first experience with hearing aids. I'm an engineer brain and research everything before I commit to purchase. Pinged around with ENT and another nationwide audiology brand. When researching Oticon I discovered ZipHearing. Got in touch through chat and quickly talked with Grant Davidson. He's informative, doesn't rush things, and is interested in helping customers rather than just making sales. Went to see the local ZipHearing audiologist for testing and decided on the Oticon Real 2. The local affiliate was thorough and very helpful. After a few weeks experienced an issue with the Real 2's. Arranged for a warranty swap and was then told that Grant had arranged for me to have the newly introduced Intent 2's, this is an upgrade and there was no additional cost. Really appreciate Grant's responsiveness and mindset that helping customers leads to sales, repeat sales, and a grass roots referral network.

Service and Cost can't be beat. Grant at ZipHearing is knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. No hard selling at ZipHearing and the resulting service and cost cannot be beat. They even help you with your insurance should you have some. The referred audiologist was nice, friendly, and spot on in adjusting the chosen hearing aids and I look forward to seeing her again for adjustments on follow up. If you are in the market for hearing aids you need to talk to Zips! 5 stars is an understatement.
