Great service and an excellent result. I typically buy my glasses through an online retailer so I have a fair amount of experience with this process. I have read some negative reviews about this company, but most of them are years old. My recent experience was nothing short of professional and easy. After an online order with a pair of frames that had to be ordered, they kept in touch, ordered the lenses, and responded to emails and phone calls. They never acted like I was anything but a valued customer. The glasses came on time and are as expected. My only issue was not being able to order a name brand progressive lense. However, the digital progressive that they offered seems as good as my last name brand progressive. I would order from them again.

Great people, great service! I have a prescription which is impossible to fill locally. This company walked me through the process of getting what I need, rechecked vital information, and filled the prescription promptly. Cindy was excellent! She took pains to be sure everything was correct and worked directly with the lens maker to be sure of the details. I'm still in the process of becoming accustomed to my new "specs" but I have full confidence that if I have a problem or concern, Cindy and her people will be able to resolve it.
