Unbelievable Customer Service I have been using SimplyEyeGlasses for 10 years. Over those years, all... and I mean all...of my interactions have been outstanding. From purchasing a new frame and lenses to resolving any issue that may have rising that required their help, I cannot say enough about the way they care for their customers. Glasses back-ordered for 6 weeks-poor communication of status afterwards I had to keep checking in on status as estimated delivery dates came and went without updates. Finally once glasses arrives at SimplyEyeglasses.com lab it took another long while, and again no updates, requiring me to email them multiple times.

Glasses exceeded expectations! My glasses exceeded my expectations! I needed prescription, progressive, anti glare, orange tinted lenses and sizeable tortoise shell type frames. It took about 1 month which was the maximum but there were weather/shipping delays out of their hands and they were very apologetic and expedited my shipping. I figured about a month, it took about a month. Nbd. Great folks! Even if the website is a bit outdated and awkward, they had options I wanted, others did not. I will return.

Exceptional Kodak DS Progressives Purchased a pair of progressive glasses and they turned out to be exceptional!. They fit perfectly and the Kodak DS lens are noticeably better than any glasses I've owned during the past 25 yrs of wearing glasses. Trust Cindy and Allison!
