Finally once glasses arrives at SimplyEyeglasses.com lab it took another long while, and again no updates, requiring me to email them multiple times.

Glasses exceeded expectations! My glasses exceeded my expectations! I needed prescription, progressive, anti glare, orange tinted lenses and sizeable tortoise shell type frames. It took about 1 month which was the maximum but there were weather/shipping delays out of their hands and they were very apologetic and expedited my shipping. I figured about a month, it took about a month. Nbd. Great folks! Even if the website is a bit outdated and awkward, they had options I wanted, others did not. I will return.

This company walked me through the process of getting what I need, rechecked vital information, and filled the prescription promptly. Cindy was excellent! She took pains to be sure everything was correct and worked directly with the lens maker to be sure of the details. I'm still in the process of becoming accustomed to my new "specs" but I have full confidence that if I have a problem or concern, Cindy and her people will be able to resolve it.
