Great service and an excellent result. I typically buy my glasses through an online retailer so I have a fair amount of experience with this process. I have read some negative reviews about this company, but most of them are years old. My recent experience was nothing short of professional and easy. After an online order with a pair of frames that had to be ordered, they kept in touch, ordered the lenses, and responded to emails and phone calls. They never acted like I was anything but a valued customer. The glasses came on time and are as expected. My only issue was not being able to order a name brand progressive lense. However, the digital progressive that they offered seems as good as my last name brand progressive. I would order from them again.

Great people, great service! I have a prescription which is impossible to fill locally. This company walked me through the process of getting what I need, rechecked vital information, and filled the prescription promptly. Cindy was excellent! She took pains to be sure everything was correct and worked directly with the lens maker to be sure of the details. I'm still in the process of becoming accustomed to my new "specs" but I have full confidence that if I have a problem or concern, Cindy and her people will be able to resolve it. A++ rating for this company, and especially for having competent, caring people like Cindy in their employ.

Incredible staff and support Cindy was extremely helpful and personally called me before cancelling my order to let me know a product was no longer available and to give me an option to modify it. I called back and got ahold of Cindy quick and order revision emailed to me within minutes, amazing customer service! I also appreciate the shipper being named when selecting options since I live in a rural area and only can use a PO box for USPS. A+++

Glasses exceeded expectations! My glasses exceeded my expectations! I needed prescription, progressive, anti glare, orange tinted lenses and sizeable tortoise shell type frames. It took about 1 month which was the maximum but there were weather/shipping delays out of their hands and they were very apologetic and expedited my shipping. I figured about a month, it took about a month. Nbd. Great folks! Even if the website is a bit outdated and awkward, they had options I wanted, others did not. I will return.
