From purchasing a new frame and lenses to resolving any issue that may have rising that required their help, I cannot say enough about the way they care for their customers. Great service and an excellent result. I typically buy my glasses through an online retailer so I have a fair amount of experience with this process. I have read some negative reviews about this company, but most of them are years old. My recent experience was nothing short of professional and easy. After an online order with a pair of frames that had to be ordered, they kept in touch, ordered the lenses, and responded to emails and phone calls. They never acted like I was anything but a valued customer. The glasses came on time and are as expected. My only issue was not being able to order a name brand progressive lense. However, the digital progressive that they offered seems as good as my last name brand progressive. I would order from them again.

Glasses exceeded expectations! My glasses exceeded my expectations! I needed prescription, progressive, anti glare, orange tinted lenses and sizeable tortoise shell type frames. It took about 1 month which was the maximum but there were weather/shipping delays out of their hands and they were very apologetic and expedited my shipping. I figured about a month, it took about a month. Nbd. Great folks! Even if the website is a bit outdated and awkward, they had options I wanted, others did not. I will return.
