GBPerfect Set of Lenses The first set of lenses didn’t fit my Costa Caballito. They made it right by offering to send in my frames. They came back with perfect lenses, that I honestly think are better than my original Costa Lenses, and will probably last longer.

I got an email back from Kayla the same day where she advised that a new set of lenses were in processing and on the way. (Without effecting my warranty service) Thank you Kayla for the exceptional service and professionalism, you are awesome!

GBReached out in regards to getting a new… Reached out in regards to getting a new set of lenses as the ones I have from 3 years ago are starting to get a bit beat up and to my surprise I was told I get a free replacement set covered under warranty. They confirmed a few things and the new ones were on the way right away. Fantastic customer service.

GBLoose fit First of all I ordered the wrong lenses because the don't have my frames on there list. I sent them back and it took 2.5 weeks to get the lenses that are for my frames and they are so loose I can move them in the frame. Almost a hundred bucks for lenses that barely fit the frames. I won't be ordering from here again. I could have got the original glass lenses from Costa for just a little more.
