USAmazing Customer Service!! I ordered the wrong pair of lenses to replace my previous Fuse lenses for my Oakley Holbrooks. When the new order arrived, the lenses didn't fit. I noticed that the warranty issue covered scratched lenses. Customer Service was super great and walked me through the return and also was able to use my credit from my previous order. It's tough to find customer service this good. BTW... my last experience with Fuse was great and the lenses were awesome!

USFantastic products and customer service I have ordered from Fuse before and love their lens! My recent order was incorrect, and they shipped out new ones before I returned the old ones! Great customer service and great products!!

USLoose fit First of all I ordered the wrong lenses because the don't have my frames on there list. I sent them back and it took 2.5 weeks to get the lenses that are for my frames and they are so loose I can move them in the frame. Almost a hundred bucks for lenses that barely fit the frames. I won't be ordering from here again. I could have got the original glass lenses from Costa for just a little more.

USAfter receiving a defective set of… After receiving a defective set of lenses, I reached out to the Fuse customer service who were quick to respond. I got an email back from Kayla the same day where she advised that a new set of lenses were in processing and on the way. (Without effecting my warranty service) Thank you Kayla for the exceptional service and professionalism, you are awesome!

USAll my concerns are being expertly… All my concerns are being expertly handled in a timely professional manner. I only wish they had a one to one phone support option.
