USJust Use Fuse Fuse has helped me out replacing lenses and I have bought a few pairs of complete glasses from them. Their customer service and warranty have been amazing. I cant see myself dealing with another company anytime soon for my needs related to sunglasses and eye ware.

USOutstanding Customer Service My Oakley shades are a little special. I didn't realize it at the time, and ended up ordering a pair of lenses that wouldn't fit. I reached out and Fuse's outstanding customer service shone through. They offered to either give me a full refund, or create custom lenses, at no additional charge. Fuse is awesome, and not only will I continue to be a customer, but I'll be recommending them to others as well.

USI've purchased many lenses through… I've purchased many lenses through here. The last pair I bought only lasted a few months before the coating was starting to wear off. I contacted the customer service, and despite it being outside the warranty period they happily and quickly helped resolve the problem.

USReached out in regards to getting a new… Reached out in regards to getting a new set of lenses as the ones I have from 3 years ago are starting to get a bit beat up and to my surprise I was told I get a free replacement set covered under warranty. They confirmed a few things and the new ones were on the way right away. Fantastic customer service.

CALENSES DID NOT ARRIVE My lenses HAVE NOT been delivered. The shipping states that they were. They HAVE NOT been delivered and our "neighbours" do not have them as an email suggested. Nor should they. Impossible not to get our address correct in that we have Christmas lights illuminating the entire place. Will be contacting our credit card company as to this "fraudulent" hustle FUSE Lenses is pulling. Update...... Fuse Customer Service has reached out immediately. Rosina from Fuse sent a nice email and has offered to ship another pair of lenses if the lenses are not delivered today. I will keep all updated.
