I'm not very techy but they made the process simple and the hearing aids work great for me. They are a huge upgrade to my previous set. I love these devices I love these devices. I’m hearing things I haven’t heard in a long time, like my soft spoken grandkids. My online rep has been very helpful. This morning I told him I had trouble the last couple of days. It sounded like I was in a cave. He (JC) led me through changing my wax guards and it solved the problem. I was a little skeptical when I found out everything was done online (including the hearing exam) but everything went like clockwork. I am completely satisfied with the whole process.

I was having a difficult time hearing conversations and not able to understand some words. I saw an ad that Hear.com was having an open house and decided to try them. I received a box in a few days with everything I would need to have a hearing test from Dr Gauthier Scherlizin. He adjusted the hearing aids for me. I told him about sometimes I couldn’t understand words. He did a test of certain words and told me about how I could improve the problem. He sent a list of words to practice everyday 15 minutes and my word recognition would improve and it has. I am grateful to everyone who helped me there.
