Sorry for the former review.... I feel that I was harsh in the review I wrote before. I did not get the information I asked for but looked in my booklet and found what I wanted to know. The person I spoke to was very courteous but I was never contacted with the information I wanted. I have always had a wonderful relationship with hear.com and everyone has been helpful and wonderful to work with. I have worked with Renee Wade-Barrent… I have worked with Renee Wade-Barrent at the North Fort Myers office. She has provided excellent service at each visit. Her introduction to using hearing devices was clear and complete. I had a problem with one device which she diagnosed and resolved. I have tech experience and she provided with good suggestions for getting the most from the devices. A gracious lady with a good sense of humor. She is a solid professional.
