GBI love these devices I love these devices. I’m hearing things I haven’t heard in a long time, like my soft spoken grandkids. My online rep has been very helpful. This morning I told him I had trouble the last couple of days. It sounded like I was in a cave. He (JC) led me through changing my wax guards and it solved the problem. I was a little skeptical when I found out everything was done online (including the hearing exam) but everything went like clockwork. I am completely satisfied with the whole process.

GBAfter trying two hearing aids prior to… After trying two hearing aids prior to my experience with Brittany Lambreth of Hear.com, I was finally able to get the help I needed to be successful in my hearing. She explained the product, the process and placed me with a very competent local audiologist. Brittany followed up with me patiently to ensure I was receiving the care I needed. Others on her team were equally helpful. Thanks to Hear.com, my audiologist, Lindsey Bush, and my Signia hearing aids, I am able to hear sounds I havent heard in years!!! Thank you for your amazing help!

GBGetting the Ipad online and then doing… Getting the Ipad online and then doing everything remotely was such a time saver. It went so smoothly too. I'm not very techy but they made the process simple and the hearing aids work great for me. They are a huge upgrade to my previous set. I love charging them at night and not having to deal with constantly changing batteries.

GBReturning aids 3 times in 13 months I have had these hearing aids for just over a year now and had to send back for repairs 3 times. The first two times Hear.com had them in their possession for a combined 8 weeks. I'm currently waiting to return them again, for who know how long, due to such a high volume of calls coming in, which make it hard for Hear.com to return a call. When you struggle to hear and the aids you purchased are out of commission for 3 of 13 months, while still making payments, is very disappointing.

GBThe hearing aids I had just were not working for me The hearing aids I had just were not working for me anymore. I was having a difficult time hearing conversations and not able to understand some words. I saw an ad that Hear.com was having an open house and decided to try them. I received a box in a few days with everything I would need to have a hearing test from Dr Gauthier Scherlizin. He adjusted the hearing aids for me. I told him about sometimes I couldn’t understand words. He did a test of certain words and told me about how I could improve the problem. He sent a list of words to practice everyday 15 minutes and my word recognition would improve and it has. I am grateful to everyone who helped me there.
