CAI ordered from you because I was able… I ordered from you because I was able to get prisms glasses and I think they are going to solve my double vision problem. I received them in a timely manner and am so far quite pleased with them. I am however, not pleased with the bombard of emails I received and will unsubscribe after I get the sunglasses I just ordered.

USPricing seemed deceptive Pricing seemed deceptive. Selected progressive lenses for $180, then had to pay additional $100-$200 for lenses in second window regarding coatings. Was offered Id.me discount, but couldn't add it without losing the "give us your email" discount, which was larger. Chat assistant claimed the 30% off frames and 50% off lenses meant I was getting almost 85% off, not the actual 43% off. BOGO offer turned out to just be for the frames in a second pair. They claimed free shipping if order over $119, but then slipped in a $3 charge for 'theft, damage insurance'. Couldn't create an account without giving your birth date and gender. Then it wouldn't accept my repeated response to the 'captcha' test. Very frustrating process overall and wound up being more expensive than anticipated.

CACode Ripped Off My email code served a good deal, then I stepped away from my computer for a few minutes and it disappeared saying that I already used it... which clearly was not the case because I never processed a payment. So now, I do not receive the discount I deserved for signing up, which is quite rude.

MXVirtually try on glasses I love that you can virtually try on glasses because it really helps to visualize yourself with them. The platform is easy to use, they have many promotions, and the prices are the best.

CADon’t be fooled… I’ve been ordering from EBD for years. I have a strong prescription (-6.50), and I never once had an issue ordering frames with 1.61 or 1.67 lenses. They always saw well and weren’t too thick. Unfortunately, EBD has either regressed their technology or gotten greedy, because they’re now forcing me to choose 1.74 lenses or higher, which cost $150+ instead of $35-75 like I used to pay. They claim they can’t make lenses for my prescription at 1.67 or lower, but they used to no problem.. and their competitors still do without issues. I like EBD’s selection and their customer service is fantastic, but this recent change is extremely disappointing and will prevent me from ordering from them in the future. I urge anyone else with a strong prescription to shop around elsewhere, and not be deceived into thinking they have to spend more on lenses than necessary.
