GBNew Loyal Customer I have been a loyal customer of FramesDirect for at least five years now. Their prices seemed great when I had the money. Unfortunately, in this current economy, I just don't have that kind of money right now! I was absolutely saddened to think I wasn't going to be able to get a new set of glasses any time soon. I was going to have to save up for it. After talking to a family member about this very issue, she mentioned EyeBuyDirect. I checked out the website and I am overjoyed! I was able to get not one, but two pairs of glasses both with transition shades for less than what one pair would have cost me on the other site. I have found a new website for my families eyewear needs!

GBReplaced eyeglasses when my frames were dropped & broken My new glasses slipped off the desk and broke on one side - about 6 weeks after I ordered them. I called to if the frames could be replaced and my expensive lenses re-inserted. To my delight, EBD has arranged to send me a replacement set at no change besides shipping. the agent on the phone was helpful and quick. I am delighted!

CAEBD still leads the pack I've been making purchases from EBD for several years now and I don't plan on changing that if the value, price, service, and quality stays the same. Incredibly hard to beat EVEN if you stack EBD against it's cheaper alternative competitors. They have more lens options, a deeper catalogue, and now sell brands such as Oakley, Raybands, and etc. EBD is difficult to beat.
