GBExcellent Customer Service. I had an issue with my contact lens order. This problem was partly my fault and partly the USPS's fault. I contacted Contact Lens King and let them know the issue and they made it right even though they were not at fault in any way. Their customer service was amazing and I will only order my contacts from them going forward.

GBGreat company. Im a repeat customer I made my initial order and several refill orders for the last couple of years for contacts. Best prices anywhere. They have great customer service when I contacted them and told them I ripped 2 left contacts and now needed to order two individual contacts so I would have pairs to last, they sent me two free replacement contacts and it wasnt even their fault!! I highly recommend this company.

The customer service agent gave me an accurate ETA for my order. Highly recommend if you want to save on contact lenses!

GBDelay in fulfillment I sent in my new prescription to be filled. They declined it because they were viewing my old prescription (from the year before). They were unable to see the new uploaded document. This caused a delay in my order. Then, when I tried to send them the new prescription again, they asked for it by text or e-mail. As far as I understand, that is an unsecured way of sending personal information. It does not follow HIPPA guidelines (I have worked within the HIPPA industry). So while I received my order once things were sorted out, it was delayed unnecessarily and resolved in a problematic way.

GBI literally just left a review, and wanted to update I literally just left a review, and in minutes I received a call back from Alicia, but for the life of me her name slipped my mind. I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced. I am extremely impressed at the quick response and the fact that they stand behind their orders. Thank you again
