USWaste of time and money, ignore these fake reviews They are delayed because they have to make an order for some basic ACUVUE contact lens? Really? A brand of contacts by Johnson & Johnson, one of the biggest players in the industry, and you seriously have none in stock? I even had to call to ask what was going on while it still sits in processing status. And they don't bother to restock it until days later despite already knowing they had to restock it. They lure you in with the "cheap price", surprise-charge you an extra $70, give you their little marketing sob story that they purposely lie to remain competitive, trying to give the illusion of trust and authenticity, then deceptively delay your order on top of that, because they literally have to order it themselves first, which they STILL take forever to do when they should have done so days ago. THAT’S the deception, when you could have just ordered somewhere else this whole time. Like what are we paying you guys for if you have to order it first? Assuming you even bother to order it? If they were REALLY trustworthy, they would say the item is out of stock. Or give an actual, realistic timeline of shipment and delivery. And they would also at least place the order for the restocking ASAP knowing it needed to be restocked rather than waiting EVEN LONGER. Waste of time and money, and now ruining an important wedding for me, since I won't have any contacts to wear. Thank you to the customer support people for being kind, I ended up interacting with three of them total and they were great, but screw the company itself. It clearly has more underlying issues. Don't bother listening to any of their canned replies or justifications in any of these reviews, I used to work in that industry, it's all reputation management, there's a good chance they're even outsourced. They are probably planning to twist some facts like "no there was a delay in your order because you did not have your prescription available" "well akshually according to our records..." to shift the blame to the customer somehow or avoid responsibility for their own problems. Yeah no, that part was not your fault and is not relevant to any part of my review; everything else however, was your fault. The delay I'm talking about is AFTER I submitted the prescription. Check your "records." Looks like you can’t use that reply now. Like I can literally check the site now and see that the item that I know now is out of stock, is not indicated to be out of stock. I even went through the process of pretending to place another order to see if they would notify you — still no notification. The customer has no indication that “next day delivery” is really a one or two week delivery. For those of us trying to get a product in time, we need to know this! And for all I know, most of their stuff is out of stock by default and they still need to order everything, look at the 1-star reviews. There's a clear pattern in the reviews of delayed orders and things out of stock, after you wade through or filter out the fake 5-star reviews. I called 2 days ago to change my order, had to follow up the next day and find out it was out of stock (they did not tell me, yeah check your “records”, I called by 4:40PM, literally the end of the next day, and had to find out myself that over 25 hours later it was out of stock, they do not notify customers), and then the day after (today, two days later, 3:00PM), find out the ORDER FOR THE RESTOCK was JUST PLACED, after being told it might have been restocked by 2:00PM? I repeat, the order for the restock was just placed when I called by 3:00PM. How on earth did they expect it to physically restock by 2:00PM if they just placed the order to restock it? Magic? Teleportation? The latest in Israeli military drone technology? If your customer ordered something Monday and it was out of stock, wouldn’t you place the order on Monday? Not Wednesday, and telling the customer on Tuesday that the item might be restocked by Wednesday? They probably weren't even going to bother with a reorder until I inquired on Tuesday 25 hours later. No sense of urgency or service. Or likely, one of many deceptive techniques to keep the customer baited until the end. Don't listen to whatever nonsense reply they give to this review.

USAwful and rude customer service that do… Awful and rude customer service that do not leave their name or phone number. Slow shipping and misleading prices with no accountability. Do not recommend

USLowest-priced contacts around, but deceptive marketing practices Lowest-priced contacts I could find, but I don't appreciate the deceptive marketing practices. I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Moist contacts which were advertised as $19.95 per box, totaling $119.70. When I went to check out, there was a $126.48 "processing fee." How is it that the "processing fee" actually cost more than my 6 boxes of contacts? This, in turn, made my contacts cost $41.03 per box, not the advertised $19.95 per box (not including an extra $12.95 for shipping).

USWhat a reliable company! I have been ordering contacts for my daughter in college from here since 2019. They are always right on time. I haven’t had one experience when she didn’t get them or something was wrong. She’s an athlete and can’t afford for them to be late or off. So I appreciate the reliability and consistently!

USthe customer service is outstanding the customer service is above and beyond normal. When I have a question, it's always answered right away. My credit card expired on my account which left my shipment "sitting" and they were on top of it and fixed it for me effortlessly!
