Fast, easy, and great bargain I've ordered from them twice over the past few years and both times the experience was very positive. Easy online ordering system, quick rx verification, some of the lowest prices around, fast shipping. I was also able to submit the receipt to my insurance company and got most of my money back, so I'm happy all around. Spent way less than I would have ordering from my eye doctor.

Great customer service I made a mistake on my address from typing too fast. I left a voicemail after hours to the let them know of the error in house number. I asked if they could change it or maybe cancel the order and I would resubmit. Not only did they change the address for the order the next morning, they updated my profile so I wouldn’t have it happen again.

Great company. Im a repeat customer I made my initial order and several refill orders for the last couple of years for contacts. Best prices anywhere. They have great customer service when I contacted them and told them I ripped 2 left contacts and now needed to order two individual contacts so I would have pairs to last, they sent me two free replacement contacts and it wasnt even their fault!! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue with my contact lens order. This problem was partly my fault and partly the USPS's fault. I contacted Contact Lens King and let them know the issue and they made it right even though they were not at fault in any way. Their customer service was amazing and I will only order my contacts from them going forward.

Lowest-priced contacts around, but deceptive marketing practices Lowest-priced contacts I could find, but I don't appreciate the deceptive marketing practices. I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Moist contacts which were advertised as $19.95 per box, totaling $119.70. When I went to check out, there was a $126.48 "processing fee." How is it that the "processing fee" actually cost more than my 6 boxes of contacts? This, in turn, made my contacts cost $41.03 per box, not the advertised $19.95 per box (not including an extra $12.95 for shipping).
