They disclosed why they had a large handling charge at the beginning of the transaction and it made sense as I had already tried to buy the lenses at another large contact lens merchant that added a huge charge on at the end of the transaction with no explanation which made me not go through with the order. Great company. Im a repeat customer I made my initial order and several refill orders for the last couple of years for contacts. Best prices anywhere. They have great customer service when I contacted them and told them I ripped 2 left contacts and now needed to order two individual contacts so I would have pairs to last, they sent me two free replacement contacts and it wasnt even their fault!!
