I literally just left a review, and wanted to update I literally just left a review, and in minutes I received a call back from Alicia, but for the life of me her name slipped my mind. I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced. I am extremely impressed at the quick response and the fact that they stand behind their orders. Thank you again

Really good source for contact lenses. Ordering was very easy on the website. SO fast on the delivery; Contact Lens King shipped my order on the same day I submitted my order, so that was great. I saved the equivalent of $140 this year versus buying at my optometrist's office. Thank you for the great service!

Delay in fulfillment I sent in my new prescription to be filled. They declined it because they were viewing my old prescription (from the year before). They were unable to see the new uploaded document. This caused a delay in my order. Then, when I tried to send them the new prescription again, they asked for it by text or e-mail. As far as I understand, that is an unsecured way of sending personal information. It does not follow HIPPA guidelines (I have worked within the HIPPA industry). So while I received my order once things were sorted out, it was delayed unnecessarily and resolved in a problematic way.
