GBThe overall experience was very… The overall experience was very good.....but....I don't understand how any company (not just Contact Lens King) can advertise a price online for contacts but then come through with an equal amount of a surcharge on the order. No company should be able to advertise that way. That's really my only beef that I cannot legally understand. You all have a good member experience but that part does not seem right.

GBGreat customer service I made a mistake on my address from typing too fast. I left a voicemail after hours to the let them know of the error in house number. I asked if they could change it or maybe cancel the order and I would resubmit. Not only did they change the address for the order the next morning, they updated my profile so I wouldn’t have it happen again.

GBFast, easy, and great bargain I've ordered from them twice over the past few years and both times the experience was very positive. Easy online ordering system, quick rx verification, some of the lowest prices around, fast shipping. I was also able to submit the receipt to my insurance company and got most of my money back, so I'm happy all around. Spent way less than I would have ordering from my eye doctor.

GBthe customer service is outstanding the customer service is above and beyond normal. When I have a question, it's always answered right away. My credit card expired on my account which left my shipment "sitting" and they were on top of it and fixed it for me effortlessly!
