I literally just left a review, and wanted to update I literally just left a review, and in minutes I received a call back from Alicia, but for the life of me her name slipped my mind. I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced. Best price Prices were good and they were honest. They disclosed why they had a large handling charge at the beginning of the transaction and it made sense as I had already tried to buy the lenses at another large contact lens merchant that added a huge charge on at the end of the transaction with no explanation which made me not go through with the order. Contact Lens King was upfront about the charge and they ended up being way less expensive.
