Fast, easy, and great bargain I've ordered from them twice over the past few years and both times the experience was very positive. Easy online ordering system, quick rx verification, some of the lowest prices around, fast shipping. I was also able to submit the receipt to my insurance company and got most of my money back, so I'm happy all around. Spent way less than I would have ordering from my eye doctor.

Great customer service My contacts were late due to a supplier issue. CLK emailed me to let me know about the delay and when I reached back out they were very apologetic about them being delayed. I recieved my contacts this morning and everything was correct and they followed up to make sure I got them. I appreciate their quick responses and willingness to help. I would order again in the future.

What a reliable company! I have been ordering contacts for my daughter in college from here since 2019. They are always right on time. I haven’t had one experience when she didn’t get them or something was wrong. She’s an athlete and can’t afford for them to be late or off. So I appreciate the reliability and consistently!

I literally just left a review, and wanted to update I literally just left a review, and in minutes I received a call back from Alicia, but for the life of me her name slipped my mind. I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced. I am extremely impressed at the quick response and the fact that they stand behind their orders. Thank you again

The overall experience was very… The overall experience was very good.....but....I don't understand how any company (not just Contact Lens King) can advertise a price online for contacts but then come through with an equal amount of a surcharge on the order. No company should be able to advertise that way. That's really my only beef that I cannot legally understand. You all have a good member experience but that part does not seem right.
