They disclosed why they had a large handling charge at the beginning of the transaction and it made sense as I had already tried to buy the lenses at another large contact lens merchant that added a huge charge on at the end of the transaction with no explanation which made me not go through with the order. Delay in fulfillment I sent in my new prescription to be filled. They declined it because they were viewing my old prescription (from the year before). They were unable to see the new uploaded document. This caused a delay in my order. Then, when I tried to send them the new prescription again, they asked for it by text or e-mail. As far as I understand, that is an unsecured way of sending personal information. It does not follow HIPPA guidelines (I have worked within the HIPPA industry). So while I received my order once things were sorted out, it was delayed unnecessarily and resolved in a problematic way.
