GBThe overall experience was very… The overall experience was very good.....but....I don't understand how any company (not just Contact Lens King) can advertise a price online for contacts but then come through with an equal amount of a surcharge on the order. No company should be able to advertise that way. That's really my only beef that I cannot legally understand. You all have a good member experience but that part does not seem right.

GBExcellent Customer Service. I had an issue with my contact lens order. This problem was partly my fault and partly the USPS's fault. I contacted Contact Lens King and let them know the issue and they made it right even though they were not at fault in any way. Their customer service was amazing and I will only order my contacts from them going forward.

GBBest price Prices were good and they were honest. They disclosed why they had a large handling charge at the beginning of the transaction and it made sense as I had already tried to buy the lenses at another large contact lens merchant that added a huge charge on at the end of the transaction with no explanation which made me not go through with the order. Contact Lens King was upfront about the charge and they ended up being way less expensive.

GBLowest-priced contacts around, but deceptive marketing practices Lowest-priced contacts I could find, but I don't appreciate the deceptive marketing practices. I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Moist contacts which were advertised as $19.95 per box, totaling $119.70. When I went to check out, there was a $126.48 "processing fee." How is it that the "processing fee" actually cost more than my 6 boxes of contacts? This, in turn, made my contacts cost $41.03 per box, not the advertised $19.95 per box (not including an extra $12.95 for shipping).

GBI literally just left a review, and wanted to update I literally just left a review, and in minutes I received a call back from Alicia, but for the life of me her name slipped my mind. I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced. I am extremely impressed at the quick response and the fact that they stand behind their orders. Thank you again
