Great customer service I made a mistake on my address from typing too fast. I left a voicemail after hours to the let them know of the error in house number. I asked if they could change it or maybe cancel the order and I would resubmit. Not only did they change the address for the order the next morning, they updated my profile so I wouldn’t have it happen again.

I literally just left a review, and wanted to update I literally just left a review, and in minutes I received a call back from Alicia, but for the life of me her name slipped my mind. I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced.
