Really good source for contact lenses. Ordering was very easy on the website. SO fast on the delivery; Contact Lens King shipped my order on the same day I submitted my order, so that was great. Lowest-priced contacts around, but deceptive marketing practices Lowest-priced contacts I could find, but I don't appreciate the deceptive marketing practices. I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Moist contacts which were advertised as $19.95 per box, totaling $119.70. When I went to check out, there was a $126.48 "processing fee." How is it that the "processing fee" actually cost more than my 6 boxes of contacts? This, in turn, made my contacts cost $41.03 per box, not the advertised $19.95 per box (not including an extra $12.95 for shipping).

I literally just left a review, and wanted to update I literally just left a review, and in minutes I received a call back from Alicia, but for the life of me her name slipped my mind. I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced. I am extremely impressed at the quick response and the fact that they stand behind their orders. Thank you again

Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue with my contact lens order. This problem was partly my fault and partly the USPS's fault. I contacted Contact Lens King and let them know the issue and they made it right even though they were not at fault in any way. Their customer service was amazing and I will only order my contacts from them going forward.
