GBGreat customer service My contacts were late due to a supplier issue. CLK emailed me to let me know about the delay and when I reached back out they were very apologetic about them being delayed. I recieved my contacts this morning and everything was correct and they followed up to make sure I got them. I appreciate their quick responses and willingness to help. I would order again in the future.

GBLowest-priced contacts around, but deceptive marketing practices Lowest-priced contacts I could find, but I don't appreciate the deceptive marketing practices. I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Moist contacts which were advertised as $19.95 per box, totaling $119.70. When I went to check out, there was a $126.48 "processing fee." How is it that the "processing fee" actually cost more than my 6 boxes of contacts? This, in turn, made my contacts cost $41.03 per box, not the advertised $19.95 per box (not including an extra $12.95 for shipping).

GBExcellent Customer Service. I had an issue with my contact lens order. This problem was partly my fault and partly the USPS's fault. I contacted Contact Lens King and let them know the issue and they made it right even though they were not at fault in any way. Their customer service was amazing and I will only order my contacts from them going forward.

GBWhat a reliable company! I have been ordering contacts for my daughter in college from here since 2019. They are always right on time. I haven’t had one experience when she didn’t get them or something was wrong. She’s an athlete and can’t afford for them to be late or off. So I appreciate the reliability and consistently!
