GBI literally just left a review, and wanted to update I literally just left a review, and in minutes I received a call back from Alicia, but for the life of me her name slipped my mind. I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced. I am extremely impressed at the quick response and the fact that they stand behind their orders. Thank you again

GBBest price Prices were good and they were honest. They disclosed why they had a large handling charge at the beginning of the transaction and it made sense as I had already tried to buy the lenses at another large contact lens merchant that added a huge charge on at the end of the transaction with no explanation which made me not go through with the order. Contact Lens King was upfront about the charge and they ended up being way less expensive.

GBDelay in fulfillment I sent in my new prescription to be filled. They declined it because they were viewing my old prescription (from the year before). They were unable to see the new uploaded document. This caused a delay in my order. Then, when I tried to send them the new prescription again, they asked for it by text or e-mail. As far as I understand, that is an unsecured way of sending personal information. It does not follow HIPPA guidelines (I have worked within the HIPPA industry). So while I received my order once things were sorted out, it was delayed unnecessarily and resolved in a problematic way.

GBGreat customer service I made a mistake on my address from typing too fast. I left a voicemail after hours to the let them know of the error in house number. I asked if they could change it or maybe cancel the order and I would resubmit. Not only did they change the address for the order the next morning, they updated my profile so I wouldn’t have it happen again.
