What a reliable company! I have been ordering contacts for my daughter in college from here since 2019. They are always right on time. I haven’t had one experience when she didn’t get them or something was wrong. She’s an athlete and can’t afford for them to be late or off. So I appreciate the reliability and consistently!

I ordered 6 boxes of Acuvue Moist contacts which were advertised as $19.95 per box, totaling $119.70. When I went to check out, there was a $126.48 "processing fee." How is it that the "processing fee" actually cost more than my 6 boxes of contacts? This, in turn, made my contacts cost $41.03 per box, not the advertised $19.95 per box (not including an extra $12.95 for shipping).

No company should be able to advertise that way. That's really my only beef that I cannot legally understand. You all have a good member experience but that part does not seem right.
