GBThe overall experience was very… The overall experience was very good.....but....I don't understand how any company (not just Contact Lens King) can advertise a price online for contacts but then come through with an equal amount of a surcharge on the order. No company should be able to advertise that way. That's really my only beef that I cannot legally understand. You all have a good member experience but that part does not seem right.

GBGreat customer service My contacts were late due to a supplier issue. CLK emailed me to let me know about the delay and when I reached back out they were very apologetic about them being delayed. I recieved my contacts this morning and everything was correct and they followed up to make sure I got them. I appreciate their quick responses and willingness to help. I would order again in the future.

GBI literally just left a review, and wanted to update I literally just left a review, and in minutes I received a call back from Alicia, but for the life of me her name slipped my mind. I gave this company a 5 star and stand behind my review, but I did comment that I had received (2) bad contacts in my last order, and was not aware that they would have replaced them. Dummy me, figuring once you open them, and you see that there is a defect in one, you can't get them replaced. I am extremely impressed at the quick response and the fact that they stand behind their orders. Thank you again

GBDelay in fulfillment I sent in my new prescription to be filled. They declined it because they were viewing my old prescription (from the year before). They were unable to see the new uploaded document. This caused a delay in my order. Then, when I tried to send them the new prescription again, they asked for it by text or e-mail. As far as I understand, that is an unsecured way of sending personal information. It does not follow HIPPA guidelines (I have worked within the HIPPA industry). So while I received my order once things were sorted out, it was delayed unnecessarily and resolved in a problematic way.
