Easy online ordering system, quick rx verification, some of the lowest prices around, fast shipping. I was also able to submit the receipt to my insurance company and got most of my money back, so I'm happy all around. Spent way less than I would have ordering from my eye doctor.

the customer service is outstanding the customer service is above and beyond normal. When I have a question, it's always answered right away. My credit card expired on my account which left my shipment "sitting" and they were on top of it and fixed it for me effortlessly!

Great customer service My contacts were late due to a supplier issue. CLK emailed me to let me know about the delay and when I reached back out they were very apologetic about them being delayed. I recieved my contacts this morning and everything was correct and they followed up to make sure I got them. I appreciate their quick responses and willingness to help. I would order again in the future.

Best price Prices were good and they were honest. They disclosed why they had a large handling charge at the beginning of the transaction and it made sense as I had already tried to buy the lenses at another large contact lens merchant that added a huge charge on at the end of the transaction with no explanation which made me not go through with the order. Contact Lens King was upfront about the charge and they ended up being way less expensive.
