GBExcellent Customer service I had a pair of prescription sunglasses made. I received them, but found out that Befitting is not accepted by my insurance. The web site said it was (and still says it is). They only accept my insurance for contacts. So I had to send the glasses back. The return process was easy. The customer service was outstanding. Refund was very quick. If my insurance was accepted I would buy here again. Be sure to double check...maybe a phone call is merited.

GBMy original order took well over a… My original order took well over a month to be fulfilled, and they kept making excuses about 'supply issues'. They said they would refund $50 back to my account, but I have yet to see one penny back from this company in light of the terrible customer service. Avoid this company! UPDATE...I received a response from Befitting asking me to contact them about my concern...but the problem is that I've been in contact with multiple customer service reps from the company and have still not received the promised refund. What do I do now, Befitting?!?

GBGreat first experience! I hadn't heard of Befitting until my insurance changed and I had to find a new source for my prescription glasses. I shopped around and Befitting had the best selection and prices so I placed my order and submitted my prescription. My glasses came in about 2 weeks, which is just as fast as any optometrist office and they are perfect! No issues at all so I highly recommend Befitting for your next pair.

GBNo response after nearly 2 weeks of placing the order Once I placed my order that said 5-7 day shipping, I got an email that said to send prescription and it might be 5-7 days before they even respond. At this point I thought that was reasonable. I sent the pictures in, and have followed up 4 times now, and it has been 2 weeks with not even a single acknowledgement email. If you are going to take some crazy amount like over a month to respond, then either let the customers know, don’t give false hope, and have someone solely focus on responding to email providing updates. I can see that reviews on here are getting a response within a day…. So why not our emails? I’m cancelling now and going elsewhere.
