Also transition lense isn't much be darker than I thought. I should buy XTRActive not just Gen8 but beffiting doesn't sell XTRActive. Delivery and other things good.

Delayed delivery and their system… Delayed delivery and their system doesn't recognize whether an insurance policy provides one or two frames per year if an exiting order is in progress. Spoke to one of customer presentative and all I was advised is to cancel my second order but they mentioned that i can get 30% off but not open to discuss about the numbers/balance that I need to pay after that discount. I am never going to back befitting.

My original order took well over a… My original order took well over a month to be fulfilled, and they kept making excuses about 'supply issues'. They said they would refund $50 back to my account, but I have yet to see one penny back from this company in light of the terrible customer service. Avoid this company! UPDATE...I received a response from Befitting asking me to contact them about my concern...but the problem is that I've been in contact with multiple customer service reps from the company and have still not received the promised refund. What do I do now, Befitting?!?

Wonderful to deal with from beginning to end… I needed to return my prescription sunglasses after I received them. I contacted customer service and they were EXCEPTIONAL through the return process. I was able to return the glasses and my account was credited back immediately. They also contacted my vision insurance to reinstate the benefits used. I have used Befitting in the past and will most certainly return when I look to purchase my next pair of glasses. I highly recommended for the quality, the selection, the speed of service, and their customer service. Thank you!!!
