Really Wonderful Customer Service The customer service team I worked with was so helpful! I wanted to purchase a pair of Celine sunnies but I’m blind as a bat, so I needed prescription lenses added in. They were responsive and patient with my many emails, and were careful to make sure that the lenses were my desired tint before sending them out. The glasses themselves are lovely too! Five stars!

customer service was awful customer service was awful. Glasses haven't shipped yet and it's day 8 of BUSINESS DAYS of processing. They're just sitting in pre shipment. When you're paying $500+ dollars out of pocket for glasses you expect a great experience. Gone somewhere else. I've paid 1/5 the price and have had a way better experience.

While the shipment was a delayed by a… While the shipment was a delayed by a day, the merchandise came is the time that was promised. The packaging was well thought out to protect my investment on a new set of Maui Jims. Designer Eyes even included their brand of lense cleaner and cloth along with another case. However, the package left out the Maui Jim hard case which made me think are these real? Instead it came with a collapsable Maui Jim case. The hard case was sent after I had requested for them. Great experience!
