Excellent Customer Support I have had a great experiences for sometimes doing online shopping in this address. Customer support team was so nice to chat for getting helps. I do online shopping a lot, and I am sure there are not so much bands have the great customer service like this.

Great Experience Although I had to return the absolutely beautiful frames I purchased due to the fit on my face, this company was amazing to work with. I received my purchase really quickly, the return process was seem less, and my refund was very fast. The times that I emailed customer service with questions, my emails were replied to in minutes. Great customer service!

Really Wonderful Customer Service The customer service team I worked with was so helpful! I wanted to purchase a pair of Celine sunnies but I’m blind as a bat, so I needed prescription lenses added in. They were responsive and patient with my many emails, and were careful to make sure that the lenses were my desired tint before sending them out. The glasses themselves are lovely too! Five stars!

Never got my glasses Never got my glasses, never got a response back, had to deal with my credit card. Horrible customer service P.S. nobody ever contacted me with any solution since January. I had to resolve this issue through my credit card. I waited for a month! I left followed up messages, and nothing!
