Customer Service is Paramount I ordered some hard-to-get (old stock) frames from the store in Century City, Los Angeles but was told a week later that the order had to be cancelled because the frames were discovered to be damaged. My refund was made immediately and I received a telephone call with the details of the cancellation. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service that was rendered in finding the frames, placing the order and in the subsequent follow-up. Though I'm disappointed not to have the frames, I'll do business with this store again because of their attention and professionalism! Special thanks to Eric at that shop.

Never got my glasses Never got my glasses, never got a response back, had to deal with my credit card. Horrible customer service P.S. nobody ever contacted me with any solution since January. I had to resolve this issue through my credit card. I waited for a month! I left followed up messages, and nothing!

I purchase a pair of Cartier eyeglasses… I purchase a pair of Cartier eyeglasses from a amazing sales rep named Tatiana. She was very knowledgeable about the product and services her company offers. I only called to ask a question about glasses and Tatiana listen to my wants and needs and sold me what I think are the perfect eye frames. I work hard for the things I buy and Tatiana took that into consideration and never tried to up sale me on anything I didn’t need. I’m happy Desinereyes.com was only a google search away. I didn’t even mention that I could of purchase and tried on my Cartier Eyeglasses a hour away from home but Tatiana made me feel comfortable in purchasing from her. customer service was awful customer service was awful. Glasses haven't shipped yet and it's day 8 of BUSINESS DAYS of processing. They're just sitting in pre shipment. When you're paying $500+ dollars out of pocket for glasses you expect a great experience. Gone somewhere else. I've paid 1/5 the price and have had a way better experience.
