GBCustomer Service is Paramount I ordered some hard-to-get (old stock) frames from the store in Century City, Los Angeles but was told a week later that the order had to be cancelled because the frames were discovered to be damaged. My refund was made immediately and I received a telephone call with the details of the cancellation. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service that was rendered in finding the frames, placing the order and in the subsequent follow-up. Though I'm disappointed not to have the frames, I'll do business with this store again because of their attention and professionalism! Special thanks to Eric at that shop.

GBVery slow to ship order! Order for 1 frame still not shipped after 12 days and multiple email inquiries. The phone number always goes to voicemail, they never answer. Not acceptable in this day and age, even during these Covid times. Time frame to ship out a simple order is unreasonably long, plus now they only offer ground shipping, causing further delays in receiving your order (at least 3-4 weeks, I’m 2 weeks in and still waiting for shipping confirmation).
