After multile inquires, finally told they do not have the frames and the manufacturer does not have them. The order was cancled, but as it is now 2024, I cannot use the FSA balance.

I no longer pay for vision insurance I no longer pay for vision insurance! This place is amazing. Reasonably priced frames and prescription lenses. I have really bad vision and I didn't pay anywhere near what those optical shops charge with vison insurance.

This is my third pair of Designer… This is my third pair of Designer shades that I've used the frames for my prescription glasses with transition. I love them all. Love the discount prices even more. Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I… Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I wanted. Requested to return via email. Was told once I sent them back on my own dime they’d refund my money minus a 5.95 restocking fee. I returned the sunglasses and never heard from them again despite multiple emails requesting my refund. Do not do business with this company. They will ghost you if you return an item for a refund and you have to pay to return it and pay a stupid restocking fee.

It was fine It was fine. The actual delivery was much sooner than the earliest estimated time, and would have been while we were away, if we hadn't put a vacation stop on our mail.
