Order arrived late Order arrived late. I ordered the item Thursday night, I requested for next day shipping and per UPS, since company used Next Day SAVER instead of Next Day, I had to wait for next business day for my package to arrive, which was Monday, and it has been sitting on my front door for several days since I went out of town. Plus color doesnt match with the description. Description says gold / brown but instead of brown, it is more of reddish - pink color.

Shady Buisness, Buy Elsewhere Not only did it take ages for the delivery to get here, but I wrote to return since the glasses they sent me were too large. I then inspected them again since I’ve had no response to try to like them- and upon further infection the glasses are not fully in the frames. They have been tried on and they put back into the case as I wrote to them that moment. Designer Optics knowingly sent broken glasses, and are not responding to emails. Extremely frustrating and sad I have to result to trust pilot to let people know this business is extremely shady. If someone wants to make this right my order number is #SY637231 - now let’s do the damn thang.

First time purchasing from this website I was honestly skeptical when I first ordered because of some of the reviews people left but I took a chance anyway because they were one of the only ones carrying the frames I wanted and offered the thinner lens. I purchased a pair of Nike frames with the high index lenses because one of my eyes has really poor sight and I didn’t want thick lenses. I got exactly what I wanted/needed and I’m so happy with my order. Growing up I always wore heavy glasses that hurt and these are the lightest glasses I’ve ever owned. Designer optics did such a wonderful job with these frames I forget they are even on my face haha. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt like it was necessary to tell others I had a really great experience with them and the entire process (order processing/ delivery) took about two weeks. Will order from them again in the future!

Absolutely love this site!!! Absolutely love this site!!!! I’ve ordered quite a few sunglasses and I’ve never had a shipping issue ,nor delay or any BAD experience.. or false product!!! They are legit and will save you a pretty PENNY. I will continue purchasing all my high end brand sunnies from here.. why not??

Slow shipping, good product I ordered two pairs of glasses for both of my girls who needed glasses. One we went with another company, and one we went with DesignerOptics, paying around the same price. The first place we went with delivered super quickly. However, the glasses didn't fit quite right and they were just okay. The ones from Designer Optics, which were these Betsey Johnson ones that my daughter picked out took quite a bit longer to ship, but they fit perfect, and the best part is that there's an extra set of lenses that were included with the order. Which for a 5-year old is probably the best thing ever. So now we're going to re-order my other daughter's glasses with Designer Optics. So I would say shipping is significantly longer (looking at like 3 weeks at least), but when they do arrive, they're very good quality. I would definitely recommend shopping for kids' glasses here.
