GBGot sunglasses that weren’t the color I… Got sunglasses that weren’t the color I wanted. Requested to return via email. Was told once I sent them back on my own dime they’d refund my money minus a 5.95 restocking fee. I returned the sunglasses and never heard from them again despite multiple emails requesting my refund. Do not do business with this company. They will ghost you if you return an item for a refund and you have to pay to return it and pay a stupid restocking fee.

GBFirst time purchasing from this website I was honestly skeptical when I first ordered because of some of the reviews people left but I took a chance anyway because they were one of the only ones carrying the frames I wanted and offered the thinner lens. I purchased a pair of Nike frames with the high index lenses because one of my eyes has really poor sight and I didn’t want thick lenses. I got exactly what I wanted/needed and I’m so happy with my order. Growing up I always wore heavy glasses that hurt and these are the lightest glasses I’ve ever owned. Designer optics did such a wonderful job with these frames I forget they are even on my face haha. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt like it was necessary to tell others I had a really great experience with them and the entire process (order processing/ delivery) took about two weeks. Will order from them again in the future!

GBGood Company I have had good luck with them. They phone support was top notch. They were supportive and knowledgeable. Price were good. I would have no problem recommending them to friends/family.

GBNot only was I not informed when my… Not only was I not informed when my order shipped, but now I understand from the return form/process that I will be charged a 20% restocking fee for ordering 3 or more pairs of glasses. I actually called DO and asked if doing this was acceptable/common. The employee said yes and did not mention any restocking fee. I am very unhappy, since I ordered almost $1000 of eyeglass frames. Also, the order took a long time. I ordered on August 21st, and I did not receive my order until September 30th.

GBHorrible Experience - do not use! My shipment never arrived even though UPS said they delivered it. After contacting UPS, they advised me that the sender would have to file a claim since they initiated the shipment. The company then refused to reach out to UPS to file a claim because I did not purchase the $18 shipment protection.
