USAs usual with online shopping. As usual with online shopping.. I was ready to be disappointed. Either by not receiving my order or by items that look nothing like what's posted online for sale. The opposite is true here. Not only did the product & customer service exceed my expectations, I ordered 11 more the same day I tried them. I run companies for a living. My beliefs in businesses run deep. Always based around " Under-Promise & Over-Deliver". Happy customer ' for life'!

USThe glasses didn't fit I just had great customer service. I had 5 pairs of reading glasses I ordered and I contacted Eyekeeper because they did not fit my head and felt like they would fall off my nose. They were screwless. Eyekeeper recommended glasses with screws and I accepted the change. They shipped me another set free of charge. Several customer service reps were involved in the emails we engaged in, they were all nice and professional. The new pairs fit me just right and I am very happy. I will always buy my glasses from Eyekeeper.

GBTotally wrong prescription, when they finally arrived Update! Glasses finally arrived. However, this was not good news as none of the 4 pairs I bought are the right prescription, despite the glasses being marked up as the right prescription. Not even close and are impossible to use. Another disappointed customer. Don't seem to deliver unless you check the tracking app, and in order to do that , you have to give them access to everything on your phone. Very dodgy. Do not use. I have written off the money I sent them, as the only way to contact them, again, requires they have access to everything.

GBSlow boat from China I really should learn to check companies like this properly. Had I known the glasses were coming on a slow boat from China I wouldn't have ordered them. They're Frustratingly clever in hiding that fact. I think it should be made plainly obvious. I ordered nearly a week ago and my order hasn't even made it to the UK yet according to the tracking.

GBI had an issue with one pair of glasses… I had an issue with one pair of glasses and straight away the company resolved the problem without any hesitation and a new pair arrived in no time. It’s very rare to have a company respond so quickly and I’m very grateful for that 👏I would recommend this company to anyone, in fact I have to a couple of friends.
