GBI had an issue with one pair of glasses… I had an issue with one pair of glasses and straight away the company resolved the problem without any hesitation and a new pair arrived in no time. It’s very rare to have a company respond so quickly and I’m very grateful for that 👏I would recommend this company to anyone, in fact I have to a couple of friends.

GBDONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS If it was possible to give these scammers a negative score I would. They should be banned/blocked from any internet based business. I ordered my glasses on 18th July and after reading countless fake tracking updates they now show as “returned to sender”. The package allegedly got to my local depot and then disappeared, they gave me a new tracking number 4 days ago but this time they can’t even be bothered to enter ANY information. I’ve asked for a refund but I’m guessing they have no honour or integrity and won’t bother to return my money Filthy scammers when will I learn

GBI emailed EyeKeeper customer support… I emailed EyeKeeper customer support asking if a pair of clip on sunglasses that broke had a warranty or could I still purchase another pair. The support team has been so nice and professional. They do stand by their product. They sent me a free pair at no cost.

GBWrong reader mag came and seller would do nothing I ordered the 5 pack of 4.25 readers including 1 sunglass pair. Unfortunately, the package came and the glasses were 1.25 totally unusable. Contacted seller and they would not correct their error. Next tried to return them at my expense and they were listed as nonreturnable not disclosed by them or amazon until after problem. Not a trustworthy company found out several buyers had same issue. Buyer beware.
