USI emailed EyeKeeper customer support… I emailed EyeKeeper customer support asking if a pair of clip on sunglasses that broke had a warranty or could I still purchase another pair. The support team has been so nice and professional. They do stand by their product. They sent me a free pair at no cost.

SGTR90 Polarized Bifocal Reading Sunglasses TH6145PGSG × 1 Before my purchase, I made enquires via email, and was almost immediately receives replies. even when I further make enquires, similarly was answered immediately. after I made the purchase, it was delivered ahead of time line. after using the sunglasses for a few days, I find it a little too tight fitting. when I inform via email about it, was offered a discount of 50%. Truely a satisfying experience.

GBNo glasses after 2 weeks I have ordered glasses form this company on 1.8.23 money left my account on 2.8.23 and still no sign of delivery or update from the company. Trying to use their online chat with no response!!! Will endeavour to get a refund via paypal. Editing this review as I received the glasses the afternoon following this review. The glasses are great and I have compliments on the colours. If you are ordering with the company expect a 10 day wait for deliver!

GBDONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS If it was possible to give these scammers a negative score I would. They should be banned/blocked from any internet based business. I ordered my glasses on 18th July and after reading countless fake tracking updates they now show as “returned to sender”. The package allegedly got to my local depot and then disappeared, they gave me a new tracking number 4 days ago but this time they can’t even be bothered to enter ANY information. I’ve asked for a refund but I’m guessing they have no honour or integrity and won’t bother to return my money Filthy scammers when will I learn
