SGTR90 Polarized Bifocal Reading Sunglasses TH6145PGSG × 1 Before my purchase, I made enquires via email, and was almost immediately receives replies. even when I further make enquires, similarly was answered immediately. after I made the purchase, it was delivered ahead of time line. after using the sunglasses for a few days, I find it a little too tight fitting. when I inform via email about it, was offered a discount of 50%. Truely a satisfying experience.

GBI emailed EyeKeeper customer support… I emailed EyeKeeper customer support asking if a pair of clip on sunglasses that broke had a warranty or could I still purchase another pair. The support team has been so nice and professional. They do stand by their product. They sent me a free pair at no cost.

GBTotally wrong prescription, when they finally arrived Update! Glasses finally arrived. However, this was not good news as none of the 4 pairs I bought are the right prescription, despite the glasses being marked up as the right prescription. Not even close and are impossible to use. Another disappointed customer. Don't seem to deliver unless you check the tracking app, and in order to do that , you have to give them access to everything on your phone. Very dodgy. Do not use. I have written off the money I sent them, as the only way to contact them, again, requires they have access to everything.

GB8 days ago I placed an order 8 days ago I placed an order. Emailed me a shipping number but nothing since. Emailed their customer service asking for an update. No response. Will be contacting the bank to reverse the charge very soon. Not impressed!!!!

GBDONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS If it was possible to give these scammers a negative score I would. They should be banned/blocked from any internet based business. I ordered my glasses on 18th July and after reading countless fake tracking updates they now show as “returned to sender”. The package allegedly got to my local depot and then disappeared, they gave me a new tracking number 4 days ago but this time they can’t even be bothered to enter ANY information. I’ve asked for a refund but I’m guessing they have no honour or integrity and won’t bother to return my money Filthy scammers when will I learn
