Ridiculous! This company is incompetent. If you need prescription glasses, do not go through Finest Glasses. If you just want to look trendy, then go with them. They can't screw up fake glasses (not that it would surprise me if they did). Their ordering system is terrible and completely nullified by their incompetence. You can provide every bit of information they request (as I did) during the ordering process and they still can't get things right. But they really aren't putting in any effort to get your prescription right anyway. The services they offer they do not fulfill (i.e. verifying the prescription themselves, measuring your PD via their REQUIRED METHOD, and the satisfaction guarantee is bogus, probably like these 5-star reviews). They even put it on me to call my optometrist to verify the prescription after I had already provided a photocopy of the prescription to them along with the office number so THEY COULD DO WHAT THEY OFFER TO DO; VERIFY THE PRESCRIPTION. This is the first and last time I'll be using Finest Glasses and I recommend to the reader of this to review other negative reviews. You will see exactly why you should take your business elsewhere.

The frame was flimsy, the Lab installed the lenses sloppily and incorrectly - leaving gaps between the lenses and the frame grooves - causing vision distortion. I sent the glasses back, But Finestglasses refused to refund the full amount paid even-though their lab erred. Your satisfaction is definitely Not guaranteed. The only Guarantee is that they keep your money even if you're left with No eyegalsses at all. Finestglasses - nothing fine about them. Beware !.

These glasses have saved me a fortune… These glasses have saved me a fortune in frames for my grandson who has ADHD & breaks (or loses) his glasses at least once a month. The website is simple to use & once you have ordered, the glasses are shipped quickly. I would recommend this website to anyone who needs to spend less money on their glasses.

I searched all day on a Saturday to… I searched all day on a Saturday to find a pair of pink prescription eyeglasses at a reasonable price. I chose finestglasses and placed my order on Nov 4, 2019. I waited patiently for my new pair of glasses. On Nov. 27, 2019 received email my glasses had been delivered. When I returned home from work, I was anxious to open my package. I was disappointed, mad, upset. My lens had bifocals which I didn't ask for, I have wondered why no one contacted me for clarification. I was going to send them back for a refund. Decided I wanted to keep them. I searched online and found a business that does same day service. I unfortunately had to spend even more money to get them fixed but now I am happy.

Absolutely Ridiculously Poor Service Online order states order will be shipped in 6 to 10 days... First order tracking number they sent me wasnt even for MY order that ended up somewhere in Houston Texas. I'm in Kentucky.. I contacted them for them to tell me they had to special order my lenses from the manufacturer. Fifteen days later I get another tracking number for my order which USPS says doesnt even exist. I contact them but the individual offers NO ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER but says can I have your phone number so I can call you back the online order people are not in right now. THIS IS ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.... DO NOT BUY YOUR EYEWEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!! AND YOUR MONEY!!!!
