GBA Customer Support Nightmare - Poor Products I recently had the displeasure of experiencing what can only be described as a customer support horror show with Eyeweb.com. From start to finish, my encounter with their support team left me more frustrated than satisfied. Very poor products and pathetic support. Don't even pick a call. Not recommended at all.

GBMinor issue, major inconvenience. I broke my frames. Four months until my next eye exam, I found a Frame Only option available at eyeweb.com. w/ 1-3 day shipping on my discontinued frames. After processing the receipt indicated the item would be shipped in 7-10 days pended lens install. Next business day, emailed customer service, confirming item would be shipped immediately w/o lenses. CS was prompt with bad news. Won't ship without lenses, the system should not have offered them that way. They granted a full refund but what I need is to be able to see before a trip at the end of the week. Now I have to start the search from scratch.
