Frames are nice, however prices have changed. I really enjoyed the frames and trusted the prescription I received in the glasses I have purchased from the company. However, in my recent months of shopping I have been discouraged to complete an order by the cost of lenses now. They went from $5-$10 range to now $25 and up.There are mulitiple competitors offering similar frames with lenses in the $5-$10 range. Because of this lately I have been opting to buy elsewhere. I hope that Nihao can make the changes needed before their business begins to suffer.

Great Glasses Ordered 3 pair of glasses with the blue lens and cats eye look absolutely love them all. Will definitely be ordering again and am others to your site for sunglasses and other glasses. Easy to order and sent efficiently.

I first ordered a pair without my… I first ordered a pair without my prescription lens just to see what they were like and I loved them so I ordered another pair with my daughter who works as an optician .so she ordered in her name of the exact same pair. And I have to say I'd never had got a frame so lovely from the shop she works at or any other. I had variable focal gray sun tint and anti-glare. . they came through and are just perfect. My daughter didn't have to amend anything.its the only pair of classes I've had that I keep on all the time because I can't tell i have them on. All the others I've had spent most of the time on top of my head.The service was excellent postage was excellent and the price was outstanding

Extremely Dissappointed I placed my first order on January 26th for one (1) pair of frames, no prescription, just frames. I had a hard time getting my $5.00 discount applied for my first order but I was able to get that resolved. I spoke to my friend and she ordered three (3) pairs of glasses at the beginning of February and got them last week. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed with the time that its taking to receive my order. I had an appointment with my ophthalmologist yesterday and I had hoped to have received my new frames so that I could get my new prescription put in them. However, its March 5th and I still haven't received them.

Horrible service and item never arrived I made my order over 2 months ago. They sent me an incorrect tracking number that was being delivered to a completely different country. After many emails where they offered me a 10% discount among other ridiculous offers (I would I want to buy something from them again?) they keep telling me to wait, when the correct tracking hasn't moved in over a month.. and every time I ask for a refund they ignore me. They keep saying the package will reach me, how can they know? after almost 3 months of making the order! The blocked me from their instagram page when I started adding comments with my experience so people were aware of this.. horrible experience, would not recommend at all
