Even the girls in Visique Botany admire them and understand completely why I buy the frames from Nihao, they just don’t stock ‘cool’ modern frames like the frames from Nihao. Love the ‘Try On’ application and delivery quick!!!

Horrible service and item never arrived I made my order over 2 months ago. They sent me an incorrect tracking number that was being delivered to a completely different country. After many emails where they offered me a 10% discount among other ridiculous offers (I would I want to buy something from them again?) they keep telling me to wait, when the correct tracking hasn't moved in over a month.. and every time I ask for a refund they ignore me. They keep saying the package will reach me, how can they know? after almost 3 months of making the order! The blocked me from their instagram page when I started adding comments with my experience so people were aware of this.. horrible experience, would not recommend at all

Horrible customer service!!! Horrible customer service! I received the wrong glasses ordered. It took them several days to respond to my inquiry/grievance. Additionally, no one was ever available when I called their “so called” business line during their stated business hours. When they finally got back to me, they wanted me to pay additional money for the same glasses I ordered in a different color. Completely unacceptable! I’m waiting on a FULL refund. As far as I’m concerned, they’re con artists. Save yourself time and money! Don’t do it!!!

Heaven sent! I’ve ordered these pair as suggested by a friend. Not sure about what to expect but a providentially opportunity came to light upon receiving these gorgeous & functional glasses to my complete surprise. I kissed & hug my wife to my delight that I could finally see her visibly within my sight. Thank you Nihao‼️

Very reasonable price for frames and… Very reasonable price for frames and postage. Speed of delivery as you would expect as they are coming from China. I could track the parcel en route. Good quality and sturdy product. I will buy from them again when I need another pair.
