GBTotally Sold on Nihao I saw a Nihao ad on facebook and decided to visit the site. I saw a pair of glasses I loved and placed my order. It took a little longer to get them than I expected, however they are perfect in every way. High quality, low cost, and I get compliments on them all the time.

GBI can understand the 28% bad reviews I can understand the 28% bad reviews, I also purchased glasses had a difficult time tracking them and when they arrived via USPS (United States Postal Service) they where returned to sender due to incorrect address, I spent allot time trying to contact customer service, when finally they advised USPS must have made mistake, we did not. and here i sit with no glasses, and no refund. cant cancel order as they apply 20% penalty even thou the shipping courier says it was an incorrect mailing address. Be careful, i got what i paid for.....right.....

AUI have been purchasing from Nihao for… I have been purchasing from Nihao for many years. I did have one problem once with a new prescription, I had entered it wrongly, completely my fault,and Nihao at least offered huge discounts on correct glasses. Since then I have had no issues whatsoever. Prompt delivery, excellent service. And I live in Australia.

GBFrames are nice, however prices have changed. I really enjoyed the frames and trusted the prescription I received in the glasses I have purchased from the company. However, in my recent months of shopping I have been discouraged to complete an order by the cost of lenses now. They went from $5-$10 range to now $25 and up.There are mulitiple competitors offering similar frames with lenses in the $5-$10 range. Because of this lately I have been opting to buy elsewhere. I hope that Nihao can make the changes needed before their business begins to suffer.

GBBought a pair of glasses on October… Bought a pair of glasses on October 25th, the only thing I have received thus far is a tracking number that leads to nowhere. The only information I have been getting since November 2nd is that the package is on its way to the post office. I have contacted the seller on at least five (5) occasions and keep getting the runaround. On two occasions they offer to give me a discount on my next purchase. Why would I purchase another pair of glasses when I haven't received the first one. Most disturbing, they do not want to grant a refund. I had to file a dispute through my bank.......Terrible service.
