Totally Sold on Nihao I saw a Nihao ad on facebook and decided to visit the site. I saw a pair of glasses I loved and placed my order. It took a little longer to get them than I expected, however they are perfect in every way. High quality, low cost, and I get compliments on them all the time.

Brilliant! Actually amazed by these glasses! I went out on a limb and ordered two pairs for about £55 total inc. delivery. I wasn't sure if they would arrive or not, but I'm so impressed! I ordered them on the 20th of April and they have arrived today, the 4th of May. Impressive turn around, the glasses fit my prescription perfectly, they feel very strong and sturdy. Couldn't be happier.

Disgraceful customer service With a pandemic raging, I opted to purchase glasses online for the first time. The pair I chose arrived in good time, and were as attractive as pictured. However, within 24 hours, they actually fell apart into two pieces! I did try putting them back together, but the next day they fell apart once again. I contacted the Support department, and requested a 'client-centric' response. What I got was an offer to be sent a new frame, into which I was to transfer the lenses from the broken pair myself. When I replied that I was unable to do this, the response was a youtube instruction video, and/or the suggestion to go to an optometrist! I expressed my profound disappointment....new glasses should not be DIY project. I had NEVER encountered such customer service from a company that sold a clearly defective product, and was again offered either a replacement frame for free, OR a new pair, provided I paid the shipping costs. Outrageous! Neither I, or anyone else I care about, will ever give this company one cent again.

I was a bit worried about whether I… I was a bit worried about whether I would receive my glasses or not after reading some reviews. BUT! They came in one week and are absolutely perfect! High fashion, beautiful glasses. I’m so impressed- which is also why I’m writing a review. They come with a little tool kit to adjust the arms if needed. The frames were so affordable I will definitely buy my next pair from here. My experience was excellent

I have been purchasing from Nihao for… I have been purchasing from Nihao for many years. I did have one problem once with a new prescription, I had entered it wrongly, completely my fault,and Nihao at least offered huge discounts on correct glasses. Since then I have had no issues whatsoever. Prompt delivery, excellent service. And I live in Australia.
