High fashion, beautiful glasses. I’m so impressed- which is also why I’m writing a review. They come with a little tool kit to adjust the arms if needed. The frames were so affordable I will definitely buy my next pair from here. My experience was excellent

Heaven sent! I’ve ordered these pair as suggested by a friend. Not sure about what to expect but a providentially opportunity came to light upon receiving these gorgeous & functional glasses to my complete surprise. I kissed & hug my wife to my delight that I could finally see her visibly within my sight. Thank you Nihao‼️

Disgraceful customer service With a pandemic raging, I opted to purchase glasses online for the first time. The pair I chose arrived in good time, and were as attractive as pictured. However, within 24 hours, they actually fell apart into two pieces! I did try putting them back together, but the next day they fell apart once again. I contacted the Support department, and requested a 'client-centric' response. What I got was an offer to be sent a new frame, into which I was to transfer the lenses from the broken pair myself. When I replied that I was unable to do this, the response was a youtube instruction video, and/or the suggestion to go to an optometrist! I expressed my profound disappointment....new glasses should not be DIY project. I had NEVER encountered such customer service from a company that sold a clearly defective product, and was again offered either a replacement frame for free, OR a new pair, provided I paid the shipping costs. Outrageous! Neither I, or anyone else I care about, will ever give this company one cent again.

Extremely Dissappointed I placed my first order on January 26th for one (1) pair of frames, no prescription, just frames. I had a hard time getting my $5.00 discount applied for my first order but I was able to get that resolved. I spoke to my friend and she ordered three (3) pairs of glasses at the beginning of February and got them last week. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed with the time that its taking to receive my order. I had an appointment with my ophthalmologist yesterday and I had hoped to have received my new frames so that I could get my new prescription put in them. However, its March 5th and I still haven't received them.

Brilliant! Actually amazed by these glasses! I went out on a limb and ordered two pairs for about £55 total inc. delivery. I wasn't sure if they would arrive or not, but I'm so impressed! I ordered them on the 20th of April and they have arrived today, the 4th of May. Impressive turn around, the glasses fit my prescription perfectly, they feel very strong and sturdy. Couldn't be happier.
