Totally Sold on Nihao I saw a Nihao ad on facebook and decided to visit the site. I saw a pair of glasses I loved and placed my order. It took a little longer to get them than I expected, however they are perfect in every way. High quality, low cost, and I get compliments on them all the time.

Bought a pair of glasses on October… Bought a pair of glasses on October 25th, the only thing I have received thus far is a tracking number that leads to nowhere. The only information I have been getting since November 2nd is that the package is on its way to the post office. I have contacted the seller on at least five (5) occasions and keep getting the runaround. On two occasions they offer to give me a discount on my next purchase. Why would I purchase another pair of glasses when I haven't received the first one. Most disturbing, they do not want to grant a refund. I had to file a dispute through my bank.......Terrible service.

I did have one problem once with a new prescription, I had entered it wrongly, completely my fault,and Nihao at least offered huge discounts on correct glasses. Since then I have had no issues whatsoever. Prompt delivery, excellent service. And I live in Australia.
