Very reasonable price for frames and… Very reasonable price for frames and postage. Speed of delivery as you would expect as they are coming from China. I could track the parcel en route. Good quality and sturdy product. I will buy from them again when I need another pair.

Frames are nice, however prices have changed. I really enjoyed the frames and trusted the prescription I received in the glasses I have purchased from the company. However, in my recent months of shopping I have been discouraged to complete an order by the cost of lenses now. They went from $5-$10 range to now $25 and up.There are mulitiple competitors offering similar frames with lenses in the $5-$10 range. Because of this lately I have been opting to buy elsewhere. I hope that Nihao can make the changes needed before their business begins to suffer.

Disgraceful customer service With a pandemic raging, I opted to purchase glasses online for the first time. The pair I chose arrived in good time, and were as attractive as pictured. However, within 24 hours, they actually fell apart into two pieces! I did try putting them back together, but the next day they fell apart once again. I contacted the Support department, and requested a 'client-centric' response. What I got was an offer to be sent a new frame, into which I was to transfer the lenses from the broken pair myself. When I replied that I was unable to do this, the response was a youtube instruction video, and/or the suggestion to go to an optometrist! I expressed my profound disappointment....new glasses should not be DIY project. I had NEVER encountered such customer service from a company that sold a clearly defective product, and was again offered either a replacement frame for free, OR a new pair, provided I paid the shipping costs. Outrageous! Neither I, or anyone else I care about, will ever give this company one cent again.

My glasses are gorgeous! My glasses are gorgeous - I get compliments where ever I go! Even the girls in Visique Botany admire them and understand completely why I buy the frames from Nihao, they just don’t stock ‘cool’ modern frames like the frames from Nihao. Love the ‘Try On’ application and delivery quick!!!

Absolutely perfect prescription sunglasses Ordered 2 frames both with Prescription sunglass lenses, wow they are amazing! Everything about them is perfect and I only paid £48 including postage for both. They supply tracking details so you can keep up to date on the progress of your order and postage. Mine took 19 days from ordering to being delivered today. So happy highly recommend..
