GBI can understand the 28% bad reviews I can understand the 28% bad reviews, I also purchased glasses had a difficult time tracking them and when they arrived via USPS (United States Postal Service) they where returned to sender due to incorrect address, I spent allot time trying to contact customer service, when finally they advised USPS must have made mistake, we did not. and here i sit with no glasses, and no refund. cant cancel order as they apply 20% penalty even thou the shipping courier says it was an incorrect mailing address. Be careful, i got what i paid for.....right.....

CADisgraceful customer service With a pandemic raging, I opted to purchase glasses online for the first time. The pair I chose arrived in good time, and were as attractive as pictured. However, within 24 hours, they actually fell apart into two pieces! I did try putting them back together, but the next day they fell apart once again. I contacted the Support department, and requested a 'client-centric' response. What I got was an offer to be sent a new frame, into which I was to transfer the lenses from the broken pair myself. When I replied that I was unable to do this, the response was a youtube instruction video, and/or the suggestion to go to an optometrist! I expressed my profound disappointment....new glasses should not be DIY project. I had NEVER encountered such customer service from a company that sold a clearly defective product, and was again offered either a replacement frame for free, OR a new pair, provided I paid the shipping costs. Outrageous! Neither I, or anyone else I care about, will ever give this company one cent again.

GBExtremely Dissappointed I placed my first order on January 26th for one (1) pair of frames, no prescription, just frames. I had a hard time getting my $5.00 discount applied for my first order but I was able to get that resolved. I spoke to my friend and she ordered three (3) pairs of glasses at the beginning of February and got them last week. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed with the time that its taking to receive my order. I had an appointment with my ophthalmologist yesterday and I had hoped to have received my new frames so that I could get my new prescription put in them. However, its March 5th and I still haven't received them.

AUI have been purchasing from Nihao for… I have been purchasing from Nihao for many years. I did have one problem once with a new prescription, I had entered it wrongly, completely my fault,and Nihao at least offered huge discounts on correct glasses. Since then I have had no issues whatsoever. Prompt delivery, excellent service. And I live in Australia.

GBI first ordered a pair without my… I first ordered a pair without my prescription lens just to see what they were like and I loved them so I ordered another pair with my daughter who works as an optician .so she ordered in her name of the exact same pair. And I have to say I'd never had got a frame so lovely from the shop she works at or any other. I had variable focal gray sun tint and anti-glare. . they came through and are just perfect. My daughter didn't have to amend anything.its the only pair of classes I've had that I keep on all the time because I can't tell i have them on. All the others I've had spent most of the time on top of my head.The service was excellent postage was excellent and the price was outstanding
