CAMissing Package, Poor Customer Service Poor customer service that's the same as others describe here. Nihao did not put a complete address on the package (missing the apt. number) and it was returned to sender. It's now been a full month of back and forth of Nihao passing the buck, asking us to open a missing package claim with USPS. This is something we cannot do as it's the shipper's responsibility. We have told them this numerous times and it's always the same response. This is very poor customer service and we're out glasses and they don't seem to want to provide a refund. You get what you pay for indeed. I'd rather pay double and just have a pair of glasses then endlessly deal with this sort of behaviour. There are so many other providers—stay away from Nihao.

GBHorrible customer service!!! Horrible customer service! I received the wrong glasses ordered. It took them several days to respond to my inquiry/grievance. Additionally, no one was ever available when I called their “so called” business line during their stated business hours. When they finally got back to me, they wanted me to pay additional money for the same glasses I ordered in a different color. Completely unacceptable! I’m waiting on a FULL refund. As far as I’m concerned, they’re con artists. Save yourself time and money! Don’t do it!!!

GBBought a pair of glasses on October… Bought a pair of glasses on October 25th, the only thing I have received thus far is a tracking number that leads to nowhere. The only information I have been getting since November 2nd is that the package is on its way to the post office. I have contacted the seller on at least five (5) occasions and keep getting the runaround. On two occasions they offer to give me a discount on my next purchase. Why would I purchase another pair of glasses when I haven't received the first one. Most disturbing, they do not want to grant a refund. I had to file a dispute through my bank.......Terrible service.
