I ordered glasses from Kooper Eyewear… I ordered glasses from Kooper Eyewear which arrived damaged and also were not of good quality. I was disappointed due to all the apparently good reviews they have. When I contacted them Genevieve in customer service was really helpful and made me feel at ease and helped me with the return process. I have now returned the glasses and they arrived on 20th June but I am yet to receive my refund. I have tried twice over the last few days to email the support email to get in touch with Genevieve but I am getting undeliverable replies. I have tried to follow their store link on my original emails and it now looks like the store doesn’t exist. So not only am I a pair of glasses down, I am also over £40 down because I cannot get hold of anyone and my refund hasn’t been processed. Would NOT recommend.

I ordered some blue light glasses from Kooper I ordered some blue light glasses and I absolutely love them when I opened the package they was a scratch on the lenses. I messaged the customer service who then sent me a new pair straight away. I would definitely recommend them again and again they have helped my eyes so much as I sit at a computer all day - save room day headaches have gone!!!

Edited review - great customer service! Retracting my previous review below as the amazing Genevieve in customer services jumped on my complaint and sent me a replacement. I honestly thought I'd been had but I am now sitting in front of my screen with my fantastic blue light blocking glasses :) Thanks, Genevieve, you are a credit to Kooper Eyewear. Ordered over a month ago - tracking says delivered. Never received the item and unable to contact the shipping co as the contact page goes to a bad link. Surprise, surprise, Kooper Eyewear states "All orders reported as 'delivered' by shipping companies are considered delivered. Kooper cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case" - absolute scam!
