FRWorst company Worst company. They took 2 months to send me the glasses, and when I called my bank to cancel the transaction which they did and when my bank contacted them they asked to me to take back the complain and they were going to refund me. It's been 3 months now and I'm still waiting for the money. I'm not the kind of person who will put a review even if I'm not satisfied with the service but honestly I never seen something like this before.

GBThe moral of the story is..... I ordered the children's blue light glasses to be sent as a gift for both my grandchildren. The package was never received even though it had been marked as "delivered" by the carrier company. I opened an investigation with the carrier. No luck. I spoke with the head of customer service at KOOPER and she and the company agreed to re-send the order. I received the glasses today and the grandchildren are getting cute protective glasses, but most importantly, a story from me about the honesty of this company and how they have earned my allegiance. GBI ordered glasses from Kooper Eyewear… I ordered glasses from Kooper Eyewear which arrived damaged and also were not of good quality. I was disappointed due to all the apparently good reviews they have. When I contacted them Genevieve in customer service was really helpful and made me feel at ease and helped me with the return process. I have now returned the glasses and they arrived on 20th June but I am yet to receive my refund. I have tried twice over the last few days to email the support email to get in touch with Genevieve but I am getting undeliverable replies. I have tried to follow their store link on my original emails and it now looks like the store doesn’t exist. So not only am I a pair of glasses down, I am also over £40 down because I cannot get hold of anyone and my refund hasn’t been processed. Would NOT recommend.
