Great customer service I had ordered from kooper before and unfortunately my glasses had broke so i ordered a replacement pair. There was problems with shipping yet Genevieve in customer care gave great service and really helped me out a lot. I finally received my new pairs. Thank you Genevieve!

Worst company Worst company. They took 2 months to send me the glasses, and when I called my bank to cancel the transaction which they did and when my bank contacted them they asked to me to take back the complain and they were going to refund me. It's been 3 months now and I'm still waiting for the money. I'm not the kind of person who will put a review even if I'm not satisfied with the service but honestly I never seen something like this before.

In love with Kooper glasses I have ordered a new set of blue light glasses from Kooper and they arrived very soon. Using them everyday and cannot fault them. Few of my friends already purchased them too since they are not only protecting from harmful blue light but they are also super fashionable! Highly recommended if you are looking for blue light glasses👍🏻

I honestly thought I'd been had but I am now sitting in front of my screen with my fantastic blue light blocking glasses :) Thanks, Genevieve, you are a credit to Kooper Eyewear. Ordered over a month ago - tracking says delivered. Never received the item and unable to contact the shipping co as the contact page goes to a bad link. Surprise, surprise, Kooper Eyewear states "All orders reported as 'delivered' by shipping companies are considered delivered. Kooper cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case" - absolute scam!

I ordered some blue light glasses from Kooper I ordered some blue light glasses and I absolutely love them when I opened the package they was a scratch on the lenses. I messaged the customer service who then sent me a new pair straight away. I would definitely recommend them again and again they have helped my eyes so much as I sit at a computer all day - save room day headaches have gone!!!
